single track from Downtown Sacramento to Richards Boulevard, a distance<br />

of just over 1.1 miles, but stopping short of a crossing of the American<br />

River. The project is projected to be completed for revenue service by the<br />

first quarter of <strong>2011</strong>, and Measure A Plan of Finance funding is available to<br />

complete the project in this time frame. However, SACOG has requested a<br />

completion date of 2012, to satisfy State Air Quality Implementation Plan<br />

requirements. The adopted RT Short Range Transit Plan (3/10/2008)<br />
