The reduction in traffic lanes will be from 4 to 3 lanes on El Camino Ave
from Butano Dr to Walnut Ave (2-lanes eastbound and 1-lane westbound)
and on Eastern Ave from El Camino Ave to Lusk Dr (1-lane southbound
and 2-lanes northbound). Project features include sidewalk and walkway
construction, median refuge islands, improvements to existing signalized
