Nestled on the banks of the scenic
Frenchman River, Eastend really is
in a valley of hidden secrets.
Attractions include the T.rex Centre
and Eastend Historical Museum &
Information Centre (displaying many of
the original fossil finds of the area and
an original log cabin). As well, Eastend
has amazing surroundings to explore.
Eastend offers a variety of

riverside campgrounds as well as a full
range of services. Grocery stores,
restaurants, gas stations, cardlock,
ATM machines, an antique store and

Spend a few days getting to know the
town and its people. Browse through
the art galleries and private studios or
take advantage of the scenic 9-hole
golf course. Go hiking on one of the
trails, which offer spectacular views,
and a rich natural history of the area.
Cool off at the indoor swimming pool,
open from June until September, or
spend an evening at the Wilkinson
Observatory viewing the stars.
