The Town of Oxbow is<br />
<strong>Saskatchewan</strong>’s best kept secret!<br />
Nestled in the southeast corner of<br />
<strong>Saskatchewan</strong>, Oxbow is a thriving<br />
and progressive community. Located<br />
on primary highway # 18,<br />
approximately forty minutes from the<br />
U.S. and Manitoba border.<br />
Bow Valley Park features: 20 Electric<br />
campsites & 15 Non-Electric.<br />
Children’s playground – Cookhouse –<br />
Showers & Bathroom – Ball Diamonds.<br />
Drinking water & dumping station is<br />

Moose Creek Regional Park is located<br />
4 miles North and 1.5 miles West of<br />
Oxbow. There are 58 Full Service Sites,<br />
and 33-30amp Electrical Sites<br />
complete with picnic tables and fire<br />
pits. Water, showers and washrooms<br />
are available near the campsites.<br />
Services include: dumping station,<br />
boat launch, picnic tables, grills,<br />
showers, and fish filleting shack.<br />
Moose Creek offers many recreational<br />
activities such as boating, fishing,<br />
swimming, golfing, and a playground.<br />

Two floating docks and concrete boat<br />
launch permit access to the Reservoir<br />
for some of the finest Perch, Walleye,<br />
and Northern Pike fishing to be found<br />
in the province. The reservoir has<br />
some wind protection which has made<br />
it a popular place for water skiing and<br />
wakeboards.<br />
Bow Valley Park is nestled in Souris<br />
Valley. Bow Valley Park is located<br />
south of Oxbow just off of Grid Road<br />
603 in the valley. There are well-treed<br />
camp sites with full services. The<br />
Souris River runs along side the park.<br />
The wide open park also has trails<br />
perfect for your hiking adventure.<br />
Moose Creek Regional Campground<br />
Geo-caching is very popular in the<br />
Oxbow area with over 100 caches<br />
waiting to be found!<br />
Bow Valley Campground<br />
Located just south of Oxbow, the<br />
Souris Valley and Souris River have<br />
breath taking sceneries and are<br />
relaxing retreats from the ordinary<br />
hustle and bustle. Take a ride on the<br />
Lady Souris, book a weekend camping<br />
trip in the Bow Valley Park, or stop by<br />
for a tranquil picnic!<br />
Moose Creek Golf Course<br />
challenges all golfers , with a<br />
champion, men’s and ladies’ tee box<br />
on every hole. This beautiful 9 hole<br />
grass green winds around the<br />
reservoir and ravines located in<br />
Moose Creek Regional Park. A fully<br />
equipped clubhouse is available to<br />
all golfers for relaxing before or after<br />
the game. Cart and club rentals are<br />

Ralph Allen Memorial Museum<br />
Once a soon to be abandoned C.P.R.<br />
station, citizen’s of Oxbow banded<br />
together to create a small prairie town<br />
museum that has received national<br />
attention from B.C. to New Brunswick.<br />
The museum features arts, railroading,<br />
oilfield industry as well as pioneer life.<br />
The station has historical background<br />
in that it was the former home of Ralph<br />
Allen, one of Canada’s top-flight<br />
journalist, war correspondent,<br />
magazine editor and author.<br />
