all in to one trip! So if you plan to stay a while, be sure to
look around and see what accommodations might be exactly
right for you.
Near Midale, like an oasis dropped from the sky among the
level grain fields, rocky grasslands and numerous pumpjacks
dotting Saskatchewan’s oil patch, you’ll find Mainprize
Regional Park and Golf Course. There are housing and
camping lots, a restaurant and fully-stocked Pro-Shop. Also
at Mainprize Regional Park is wheelchair-accessible Harbour
View Bed & Breakfast, with high-speed wireless internet,
located close to the beach and boat launch.
Other B&B options are Antler Creek Bed & Breakfast in
Wawota, a livestock farm offering spacious, comfortable and
relaxing surroundings. Carnduff’s Orioles Paradise Bed &
Breakfast is quiet and comfortable, within walking distance to
every part of town.
Near Moose Mountain Provincial Park, White Bear Lake
Resort and the town of Carlyle, the 36-room Bear Claw Hotel
has indoor access to the Bear Claw Casino gaming floor and
full-service restaurant. There’s free wireless internet, and
convenient RV and bus parking.
Whenever you come to visit southeastern Saskatchewan, in
whichever season, and whatever your interests may be, you’ll
find a warm welcome waiting for you, with plenty to see and
do, and more options and opportunities than you’re likely to
be able to fit comfortably into your plans. That means just
one thing – you need to plan a return visit…soon.
