Dissolve 50 mg in 100 mL of DEPC-treated distilled water. Heat to 60°C and shake to<br />

speed up the dissolving.<br />

1585762) containing 10× washing buffer, 10× blocking solution (=10% blocking solution),<br />

10× detection buffer, 10× maleic acid buffer.<br />
