The Park Impact fund is a Capital Projects fund. The Park Impact Fee is collected for the purpose of allocating costs of future park,
trail, and recreational facility project costs to new development (growth) that will be constructed to serve new developments. The
Park Impact fee is only assessed to residential developments and is collected at the time a building permit is issued.
