INSPECTION<br />
The Inspection division is under the direction <strong>of</strong> the Development Services Director and works closely with Development Services<br />
department personnel to provide plan review, inspections, and ensure code compliance with adopted building codes <strong>of</strong> all new<br />
residential and non-residential construction within the boundaries <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong>. It is also responsible for inspecting existing buildings<br />
and verifying that safety requirements are met.<br />
