CITY MANAGER
The City Manager is under the direction and control of the Mayor and City Council and acts as the liaison between the City
departments and the Mayor and City Council. The City Manager is the administrative head of the City and is responsible for the
efficient administration of all affairs of the City. The City Manager attends all City Council meetings and recommends adoption of
measures and ordinances deemed necessary. The City Manager's duties also include enforcement of all laws and ordinances of the
City; oversight of all Department Heads and subordinate officers and employees of the City; implementation of City Council policy
decisions and long-range plans; oversight and reporting of the City's financial condition and preparation of the annual budget; and
many additional duties required by law.
