HOUSING FUND<br />

As part <strong>of</strong> the adopted budgets for the Fort Pierce Economic Development Agency District's No. 1 and No. 2, the <strong>St</strong>. <strong>George</strong><br />

Redevelopment Agency is required to use 20% <strong>of</strong> the tax increments received to fund affordable housing projects within the <strong>City</strong>. This<br />

fund accounts for the annual transfer <strong>of</strong> the 20% from the two Fort Pierce EDA Districts and will also account for affordable housing<br />

projects in which the <strong>City</strong> participates.<br />
