IN THE CASPIAN REPORT<br />
Published quarterly by the Caspian<br />
Strategy Institute and accepted as a<br />
reputable source of analysis of the political<br />
and economic situation in the region,<br />
“<strong>Hazar</strong> Report”s first issue came out<br />
in December. The report specifically<br />
examined Southern Energy Corridor,<br />
TANAP project’s incomes for Turkey<br />
and Azerbaijan, and the Caspian Basin’s<br />
potential in the energy game.<br />
CASPIAN TV BEGAN<br />
BROADCASTING<br />
With its correspondents mainly in<br />
Caspian Region, Europe and the<br />
USA as well as many other countries,<br />
Caspian TV began its broadcasting life<br />
this month with the aim of presenting<br />
all issues concerning the region to<br />
the public agenda via news bulletins,<br />
interviews and programs with exclusive<br />
guests.<br />
CASPIAN FORUM MARKED<br />
AGENDA<br />
Organized by the Caspian Strategy Institute (HASEN) to<br />
bring dignitaries from many countries, business leaders<br />
and representatives of civil society together, the Caspian<br />
Forum was held in Istanbul on December 6, 2012.<br />
Unique opportunities in fields such as the work environment,<br />
regional cooperation, investment opportunities, energy and<br />
energy security in the increasingly important Caspian Region<br />
are discussed by politicians, businessmen and academics in the<br />
Caspian Forum. The Forum hosted prominent names from different<br />
countries around the world. Caspian Forum began with opening<br />
speeches of the Secretary General of the Caspian Strategy Institute<br />
Haldun Yavaş, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Naci<br />
