THE ACTION CYCLE
Step 9 — Share lessons learned and celebrate successes
Finally, share the results with others. Evaluation results can improve existing processes
and help create new strategies and activities. Also, celebrate the successes. Use
frequent, ongoing, and creative approaches to celebrate successes and recognize the
efforts of the community. Continuous celebration and recognition of the hard work will
go a long way toward sustaining momentum and keeping the process alive.
