Maintenance Supervisor: This is the lowest compensated position in a <strong>Heat</strong><br />
<strong>Treat</strong>, other than a basic furnace operator, but the case could be made that it is the<br />
most important. Without a good preventative maintenance plan and good repair<br />
capability when Furnaces go down, a commercial <strong>Heat</strong> <strong>Treat</strong>er is out of business.<br />
Generally, they are non-degreed folks who have worked their way up from an<br />
hourly position on the floor and thus, it is difficult, perception-wise, to pay them at<br />
a level equal to other key players. <strong>The</strong>se folks make anywhere from 50K on up but<br />
good ones are priceless to a commercial <strong>Heat</strong> <strong>Treat</strong>.<br />

Furnaces Co. Ltd., IVA Industrieöfen GmbH, MAHLER GmbH Industrieofenbau, RIVA<br />
Sp. z.o.o. and SCHMETZ GmbH Vakuumöfen and when combined the group is one<br />

"Today, April 22/2013 LOI <strong>The</strong>rmprocess GmbH, a Tenova subsidiary company,<br />
announced the acquisition of Metall Technologie Holding Group (MTH), from<br />
European Capital S.A. SICAR, an affiliate of American Capital Ltd. Completion of the<br />
acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities. Tenova is a<br />
part of Techint, the privately held Italian headquartered industrial group. MTH is a<br />
leading international provider of industrial heat treatment technology and<br />
aftermarket services for heat treatment equipment utilised to treat finished metal<br />
components primarily in the aerospace, heat treatment, automotive and machine<br />
tooling industries. MTH is headquartered in Menden, Germany. Baird served as the<br />
exclusive financial advisor to European Capital in the sale of the business. <strong>The</strong> Baird<br />
team was led by Joachim Beickler, Managing Director, in Frankfurt and by Vinay<br />
Ghai, Managing Director, in London, with assistance from colleagues in the US and<br />
