1600 lb. max. Load Wt., 5 Second Quench Delay (door open to completely submerged),<br />
Floor Space: approx. 14' x 14' with approx. 170" overall height. Dual, (separate, but<br />
connected). Quench tanks for water and polymer, complete with 125 PSI circulation pump,<br />
48 nozzles, strainer, Chromolox tank heater and Katema heat exchanger for cooling. GE<br />
Fanuc 90/70 PLC with operator interface, 2 remote panels for quench tanks and other<br />
functions. Roof-mounted 24" diameter circulation fan, 304 SS shroud to direct hot air.<br />
System was originally set up for pit operation, but is currently reconfigured for operation on<br />
a flat floor with no pit. Nozzle arrangement allows for use as either spray quench or dunk<br />
quench (ability to transfer quenchant to & from storage tanks). Storage tanks not included.<br />

Work Area: 38" Diameter x 84" Deep Shipping Dimensions: 6'W x 11'H x 9'L - Furnace,<br />
Panel: 30"W x 72"H x 20"Deep., 2 - 4 x 4 skids. Controls: Mounted and wired in free<br />
standing panel includes a Honweywell strip chart recorder, Honeywell UDC 3200 digital<br />
temperature controller, Barber Colman analog high limit and a Eagle Signal process timer.<br />
Power to the heating elements are controlled through a Halmar SCR. ****NOTE: <strong>The</strong><br />
Halmar SCR is loose inside panel and will need to be installed.**** Drawings & Manuals are<br />
included with this furnace. Description: Standard Lindberg electrically heated pit type<br />
"Cyclone" furnace with an manual swing to open and an air cylinder to close cover for a<br />
good seal. Furnace has a 6000 pound max gross load capacity. Recirculating fan is water<br />
cooled. Furnace has a water type heat exchanger with an Eclipse pressure blower for<br />
cooling. Furnace is designed to run with a Nitrogen atmosphere. <strong>Heat</strong>ing elements are<br />
helical coil type which are made of 80% nickel and 20% chrome. Pit size: 10'W x 5'9" Deep.<br />
Utilities: 106.9 kW, 80 PSIG Air, 40 PSIG Water, 3 GPM. 8 OSIG Nitorgen. All Manuals &<br />
