"Signed "Memorandum of Cooperation” between SECO/WARWICK Group<br />
and "Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky”We would<br />
like to announce that we have started a Cooperation agreement with the Federal<br />
State Budgetary Educational Institution in Poland. Our partnership’s benefits will<br />
result from international cooperation and information exchange in the sphere of<br />
innovations, science and technology. How we will get it? In the signed<br />
“Memorandum” we expressed directions to follow. We mostly would like to focus on<br />
the technological, scientific and educational area, development of research on heat<br />
processing technologies of vacuum and atmosphere thermal processing and<br />
vacuum metallurgy. We will realize our mutual venture under the aegis of “Science<br />
and Technology Center of SSU” where SECO/WARWICK Group delivered, in order to<br />
support carrying out materials laboratory research, the following heat processing<br />
equipment: Vacuum furnace for quenching under high pressure, batch-type furnace<br />
for high tempering BREW-5 AZOT type, vacuum retort furnace for tempering VTR-<br />
4035/36 type with ZeroFlow® technology, three-cell vacuum furnace of the type<br />
CaseMaster Evolution T9 with FineCarb system and PreNitLPC function; Vacuum<br />
installation for melting and casting of special alloys on the basic of Fe, Ni, Co, Cu<br />
VIM 50-125 type and laboratory VIM ISM 5-200 type for melting and casting of<br />
Titanium alloys; Besides the mentioned equipment, this Center has also vacuum<br />
deposition of PVD coatings and laboratory/quality control area.<br />

Products Group in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Mr. Garcia is responsible for process and<br />
lean manufacturing improvements, new product developments, budgeting and<br />
financial performance for reaching departmental goals. He has an<br />
extensive background in inventory control, materials<br />
management, MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing and Quality<br />
Management ISO 9000. Mr. Garcia holds a BSME from the<br />
University of UABC and completed Six Sigma Black Belt<br />
