Max operating temperature of 2500C. This dual-chamber system is in excellent working<br />

condition and has a dual chamber for the loading and unloading. <strong>The</strong> system comes with an<br />

M and W Systems cooling unit used to watercool the chamber. <strong>The</strong> dual-chamber allows for<br />

quick loading and unloading while the other chamber is processing. Tungsten heating<br />

elements are used and allows for attaining extremely high temperatures, making high<br />

temperature heat treatment possible. <strong>The</strong> vacuum system consists of a roughing pump and<br />

a turbo pump that can be switched to pump either chamber. <strong>The</strong> vacuum unit pumps out all<br />

the oxygen and allows for heat treatment in an oxygen free environment for oxygen<br />

sensitive parts. <strong>The</strong> system is also equipped with a Honeywell controller that allows for<br />

furnace has working dimensions of 72" diameter X 96" high. Moly hot zone in excellent<br />

condition. Operating temperature of 2400F. 5 bar quenching nitrogen/argon/hydrogen. 2<br />

35" Varian diffusion pumps with 2 Stokes 412 roughing pumps with 615 blowers. 480volt,<br />

1155 amps. Comes with a closed loop cooling system. Unit is currently in indoor heated<br />

storage and is complete. Vessel was ultrasonically tested before removal and the shell is in<br />
