84" deep. Gas fired with recuperated burners. Operating temperature of 1800F.
Nitrogen/Methanol with recirculating fan in the bottom. Casemate control. Furnace was
extensively rebuilt a few years ago and controls and combustion system were completely
rebuilt. Since rebuild it has been very lightly used. Completer manuals and some spare

Item #B309 Sunbeam AF-10 Batch IQ Furnaces (3 available). S/N F-06-70-K.
Working dimensions of 24" high X 30" wide X 48" deep. Gas fired, operating temperature of
1850F. Standard Sunbeam straight through design with automatic transfer mechanism
(pusher type) in front. Heated by ten alloy vertical radiant tubes with spark ignition. 1000
pound capacity, no pit required. Quench oil agitation and cooling is achiever by recirculating
the oil through a tube and shell type heat exchanger then through manifolds in the quench
tank. Electric immersion heaters. ACM water detection system. Partlow controls for heating
and cooling oil. GM surplus. Free standing 3 section control panel with updated controls.

Item #B308 Surface Combustion Box Furnace. This is an electrically heated
recirculating box furnace, Model SDW-36-48-30, S/N BC-42685-1. 480/3/60/60 kW.
Maximum temperature of 1250F. Working dimensions of 36" wide X 30" high X 48" deep.
External dimensions of 7' wide X 7' long X 12' 2" high. Controls; Controls are located in an
enclosure attached to the right hand side of the furnace. The enclosure has a flange
mounted disconnect switch handle. There is a new Watlow "EZ Zone PM" digital temperature
controller and a new Watlow SD digital high limit. Motor starter, fuses, high limit contactor
and 2 Watlow "Din-a-mite" solid state relays are mounted and wired inside the enclosure.
Description: Pneumatically operated vertical lift door with convenient hand operator. The
door opens to allow full access to the interior. Stainless steel interior with adjustable air
duct side walls and roof panel. Belt driven high volume fan is mounted on top of the oven.
