Prior to working for Sinterite, Jeff has held increasingly responsible Sales and<br />

Technical positions with Powder Metallurgy parts fabricators and raw material<br />

suppliers, giving him extensive knowledge and experience with every processing<br />

aspect of P/M parts manufacturing. With this complete technical experience, Jeff is<br />

able to understand the specific challenges and needs the customers are faced with,<br />

allowing him to develop unique solutions in an effort to maximize value and long<br />

term success for Sinterite’s customers. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science,<br />

Engineering Technology Degree from Lawrence Technological University and<br />

Associate Degrees in Materials/Metallurgy and Quality Management from Henry<br />

Ford Community College. His professional credentials also include several years as<br />

a member of ASTM B9, MPIF STD 35 and SAE. Sinterite specializes in designing and<br />

manufacturing custom continuous belt and batch furnaces for sintering, steamtreating,<br />

annealing, brazing, and heat-treating applications. Sinterite’s quality<br />

design includes alloy and ceramic muffles, powder-handling equipment, custom<br />

fabrication products, and the exclusively manufactured HyperCooler, an in-line<br />

cooling system, used for sinter-hardening. Sinterite is also ISO 17025 accredited for<br />

production. We had the chance to visit this shop this week and we have to say it is<br />

an impressive operation with 25,000 square feet to start with more to come,<br />

vacuum, gas nitriding, batch IQ and carbottom capacity. To give you a flavor for<br />
