The 14’ overall heated length is heated by 9 sealed radiant “U” tubes w/direct spark ignition and all tubes have recuperators. The temperature operating range is 1475-1725˚F. Maximum temperature is 1900˚F. There are two zones with Fanuc PLC2 Honeywell Temperature Controllers, (2) Honeywell Oven Temperature Controllers, Yokogawa Computer Monitoring System w/Satellite Monitoring Capability. Roof Mounted Axial Flow Recirculating Fan, and Super Systems Oxygen Sensor and Control Box for carbon control.Atmosphere: The furnace is currently set up for endothermic atmosphere. We can provide a conversion to nitrogen methanol if required.
