PU - Publicly-owned airport.<br />

PVT - Privately-owned airport.<br />

RASP - Regional Airport System Plan.<br />

REIL - Runway End Identifier Lights.<br />

SYSTEM PLAN - A representation of the aviation facilities required to meet the immediate and<br />

future air transportation needs and to achieve the overall goals.<br />
