Based on data shown in Table 3-2, the demand forecast summary shows that<br />
operations are not consistent with the FAA TAF; the TAF shows operations flat-lined<br />
at 6,000 per year. The forecasted operations for each planning year period in relation<br />
to the TAF are 19% higher in 2014, 42% higher in 2019, and 93% higher in 2029.<br />
Beca<strong>us</strong>e of the current development at the Airport and information from the pilot and<br />
b<strong>us</strong>iness surveys, as well as from the <strong>Vi</strong>llage Administrator and Airport Manager, it is<br />
believed that there is sufficient evidence that the forecasted elements in Table 3-12<br />
will be accurate for <strong>Potsdam</strong> Municipal Airport.<br />
