<strong>Potsdam</strong> Municipal Airport - Master Plan – Phase 1 Report<br />
The majority of the pilots rated the geographic location of the Airport and its apron<br />
pavement conditions an excellent rating. The runway pavement conditions and<br />
NAVAIDs received a good rating. Over 80 percent of the respondents gave the<br />
hangar facilities a fair or poor rating. Eighteen and 11 percent of respondents believe<br />
the fuel costs and aircraft storage/parking fees, respectively, are too high.<br />
Consistent with the key issues noted above, when asked what type of<br />
facilities/services would encourage the <strong>us</strong>e of the Airport, the top three responses<br />
were improved aircraft storage facilities, instrument approaches and aircraft<br />
maintenance (see Appendix C for results of the b<strong>us</strong>iness and pilots survey).<br />
