4 Item No. 4:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete in
proportion M-15 of trap metal for foundation and bedding,
including bailing out water manually, formwork, compacting
and curing etc. complete.
Bd – E-1 287 a) The work shall be executed as per wording of Item and
as directed by Engineer in charge. b) The concrete shall be
as per guidelines of IS 456-200 for moderate atmospheric
conditions. c) the concrete mix shall be got approved from
Engineer in charge prior to Execution d) all the Materials
such as cement, sand, metal and water shall be got tested
and approved from the Engineer in charge as per material
test frequency specified in Tender. e) Only plywood and
steel centering shall be used. f) Minimum cement content

30 of trap metal for reinforced cement concrete work like raft,
grillage, strip, foundation and footing of reinforced cement
concrete columns and steel stanchions, including bailing out
water manually, centering, formwork, compacting, finishing
and curing. (Excluding steel reinforcement)
6 Item No. 6:- Providing and casting in situ cement concrete M-
30 of trap metal for reinforced cement concrete columns as
per detailed designs and drawings or as directed by Engineer
in charge including centering, formwork, compacting
roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and
curing. (Excluding steel reinforcement)
shall be as per IS 456-2000.
