treatment by treating the bottom surface and the sides of
excavation in soil with the plinth beams at the rate of 3 liters
of emulsion concentrate of one percent concentration of
chlorpyrifos 20% F.C. (i.e. by diluting 5 liter of chlorpyrifos
20% EC with 95 liter of water) ISI approved confirming as per
Indian standard specifications 8944 & 6313 (Part II 1981) and
spraying by high volume sprayer per square metre surface
area with ten years guarantee bond etc. complete.
13 Item No. 13:- Providing and applying anticorrosive treatment
for TOR steel reinforcement as per cement polymer
composite coating (CPCC) method developed by CECRI
including cleaning the bar by means of any established
mechanical or manual method for removing the rust and
delicious matter, applying rapid setting primer and cement
polymer sealing coat of approved and licensed by CECRI
including redoing the process if damaged occur during
handling, stacking etc. complete as directed by the Engineer
in charge.
14 Item No. 14:- Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry
with conventional / Indian Standard type bricks in cement
mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls and
external walls, including bailing out water manually, striking
joints on unexposed faces, racking out joints on exposed
faces and watering etc. complete.
15 Item No. 15:- Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry
with conventional / Indian Standard type bricks in cement
mortar 1:6 in superstructure, including striking joints, racking
out joints, watering and scaffolding etc. complete.
-- -- a) The anticorrosive treatment for reinforcement bar shall
be as per Cement Polymer Composite (CPCC) method
Developed by CECRI. b) The contract rate shall be for a
unit of one Metric Tonne. and as directed by engineer in
charge.

Bd-G-1 313 a) The work shall be executed as per wording of Item and as
directed by Engineer in charge. b) conventional type bricks shall
be procured in advance so that the progress of work shall not be
hampered. c) Required test of bricks shall be carried out before
use and bricks shall be soaked well in advance before use. d) The
bricks shall be got tested before use from the Government
laboratory as per frequency before execution of work. e) The joints
on inside face of the masonry shall be struck and external joints
shall be racked.
