14.2 Photography Schedules for Participating Clinics<br />

Fluorescein pattern photography is performed on all CLEK Study patients<br />

at each Study Visit to document the “First Definite Apical Clearance Lens,”<br />

except on eyes that have undergone penetrating keratoplasty or other corneal<br />

surgery.<br />

Fluorescein pattern photography is performed on all rigid contact lenswearing<br />

CLEK Study patients at each Study Visit to document their habitual<br />

rigid contact lens fit.<br />

Additional fluorescein photography is performed by the CLEK Clinic<br />

when the CLEK Photography Reading <strong>Center</strong> directs the Clinic to rephotograph<br />

a patient due to poor photograph quality in the original photographs.<br />

Corneal photography is performed at all Study Visits. After reading the<br />

photographs, the CLEK Photography Reading <strong>Center</strong> sends photography<br />

outcome data to the <strong>Coordinating</strong> <strong>Center</strong>.
