EPMC SERVICES FOR REWARI – KANPUR PIPELINE SCOPE OF WORK–PIPELINE LAYING AND ASSOCIATED WORKS 2. SCOPE 2.1 This document covers the details of work tendered, detailed scope of work, scope of supply and other requirements pertaining to laying of pipeline and Installation of Launcher and Receiver at Dispatch and Receipt terminals and facilities related to Sectionalizing Valve stations. EPMC SERVICES FOR REWARI – KANPUR PIPELINE SCOPE OF WORK–PIPELINE LAYING AND ASSOCIATED WORKS 3. WORK TENDERED 3.1 Complete Scope of work desired to the tendered consists of the following: 3.1.1 Laying of (18”) 457mm OD, 442.790km (approx.) long multi product pipeline from the Rewari Dispatch Terminal (RDT) to Kanpur Receipt terminal (KRT). 3.1.2 Installation of pipeline at crossings of rail, road, utilities, underground pipelines and water bodies (river, canal, drain, nala etc.). 3.1.3 Installation of scraper launching facilities within Despatch Terminal at Rewari, scraper receiving & launching facilities within Receipt Terminal at Bharatpur, Mathura, IP station of Sayyadpur pran & receiving facilities at Kanpur. 3.1.4 Installation of 11 (Eleven) nos. of Sectionalizing Valve (SV) Stations on Rewari-Kanpur pipeline route and all associated facilities for civil, electrical, instrumentation, piping, mechanical as indicated in respective scope of works 3.1.5 Supply of all materials as per Scope of supply.(Refer clause 5 of this specification) 3.1.6 Carrying out associated mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, and electrical and instrumentation works for Saiyyadpur Pran and all SV station. Laying of optical fiber cable including additional 6” CS casings with 2 nos of HDPE pipe at cased / HDD crossings only. 3.1.7 All works related to pre-testing, cleaning, magnetic cleaning, gauging, flushing, hydro-testing and swabbing pipeline section/ piping facilities. 3.1.8 Carrying out all works related to magnetic cleaning & electronic geometric pigging (EGP) of entire pipeline. 3.1.9 TCP & PCP) of pipeline and stations including design, supply & installation of TCP & PCP system as per details given in Electrical Scope of work. 3.1.10 Pre-commissioning of pipeline sections, including providing commissioning assistance / support to HPCL for final commissioning of the entire pipeline and associated facilities. 3.1.11 Idle time preservation of pipeline, as required. 3.1.12 All statutory clearances, land acquisition for Anode bed stations (for TCP/PCP), SV-01 to SV- 11 & Saiyyadpur Pran in the name of HPCL. 3.1.13 Co-ordination/ Liasoning for realization of bank guarantee/ cash retention submitted by HPCL with various authorities for obtaining crossing permissions, compensatory afforestation and maintenance as per the requirement of DFOs, restoration of ROU including obtaining NOCs from land owners/statutory authorities, etc. 3.2 The total pipeline is divided two parts for execution.
