Mực một nắng<br />

Vùng biển Việt Nam có rất nhiều<br />
mực nhưng không ở đâu có loài mực<br />
ngon bằng ở vùng biển Cát Bà. Ấy<br />
cũng là do thiên nhiên ưu đãi cho Hải<br />
Phòng một vùng biển là môi trường<br />
sống tự nhiên thích hợp cho loài hải<br />
sản quý này. Mực được đánh bắt, xẻ<br />
thịt lúc còn tươi rói và phơi nắng<br />
trong vòng một ngày ngay trên tàu<br />
nên độ hao hụt do nước cực thấp,<br />
dẻo thơm ngon ngọt.<br />
Mực một nắng có thể nướng trên bếp<br />
cồn hoặc xào cùng gia vị để thưởng<br />
thức.<br />

Cá thu một nắng cũng là một trong<br />
những đặc sản nổi tiếng của thành<br />
phố Hải Phòng, thơm ngon nhất là ở<br />
vùng biển Đồ Sơn, Cát Bà.<br />
Cá được làm từ cá thu sống, cắt lát<br />
dày chừng 1cm (có thể lọc bỏ xương,<br />
cắt fillet hoặc để nguyên con cắt<br />
ngang thân), phơi qua nắng, không có<br />
chất phụ gia hay chất bảo quản. Cá<br />
được lựa chọn những khúc giữa (đặc),<br />
to, ngon, bề mặt láng mịn, có vị mặn<br />
tự nhiên.<br />

Made from fresh mackerel, sliced in<br />
about 1cm thick (fillet cut or whole<br />
body cross cut with bone), quick<br />
dried in sunshine exposure with no<br />
