CREATORS OF THE SUMMIT ERIC ADLER managing director TISHMAN SPEYER DR GEORG ALLENDORF managing director DB REAL ESTATE GMBH Eric Adler oversees Tishman Speyer’s acquisitions and asset management strategy in Europe. Previously, Eric worked at Morgan Stanley where at different stages over the past five years he headed Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s investment activities, in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. An honours graduate at the University of Arizona, Eric moved to France to attend business school at HEC, and subsequently worked at Credit Lyonnais and Unibail in Paris before joining Morgan Stanley. Dr. Georg Allendorf, Managing Director of DB Real Estate Special Invest GmbH since April 2003, responsible for Client Relations and Product Development. He is a qualified real estate economist and Master of International Management. He previously worked for the insurance company R+V Versicherung in Wiesbaden heading real estate portfolio management. Dr. Allendorf is a member of the Executive Management Board of INREV (European Association of Investors in Non Listed Real Estate) and is engaged in various working groups of the Society for Real Estate-Related Research. Mr. Altug has 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, and received BA in Bosphorus University in Istanbul and MBA from Pace University, New York. Mr. Anagnostopoulos is a graduate of naval architecture, marine and mechanical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has received post-graduate degrees in shipping at MIT and in management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Between 1988 and 1992, Lambros worked as a management consultant in the USA and Great Britain. Since 1992, he has been an executive of the Latsis Group, based in Geneva, where, among others, he directed the Group’s project planning and development department. Mr. Anagnostopoulos has been Chief Executive Officer and Member of the BoD of LAMDA Development from the company’s foundation in 2000 until June 2006. He is now involved in real estate private equity investment. SVEN ANDERSEN director NIBC BANK N.V. MARC ANGELIER finance director europe ORION CAPITAL MANAGERS Sven Andersen joined NIBC Bank N.V. in July 2006 and he is responsible for Real Estate Investmentbanking in Germany. Before that he was working for Deutsche Bank AG, Corporate Development, with the main responsibility for the Bank’s Owner-occupied Real Estate. Marc Angelier is Finance Director of Orion Capital Managers, responsible for arranging debt financing for the Orion European Real Estate Funds as well as being involved in acquisitions and sales of properties. Marc has 28 years of banking and property experience in Europe. Prior to joining Orion in March 2001, he was General Manager of Rheinhyp (now Eurohypo) in France. Marc joined Rheinhyp in 1997 to set up the Bank’s office in France. Rheinhyp rapidly became one of the major players in the French real estate market being involved in a number of large transactions and covering all aspects of property financing. OLIVER ASH managing director RICHMOND DEVELOPMENTS SENAY AZAK-MATT general manager AAREAL BANK (TURKEY) Oliver Ash set up Richmond in 1999 as an independent asset management and investment company specializing in commercial real estate projects in France. Oliver was previously in charge of Hammerson’s activities in Europe between 1994 and 1999. He has worked and lived in the UK, France, Germany and Italy. He is a Chartered Surveyor with an MA from St Andrew’s University, Scotland in economics. Senay Azak-Matt is the General Manager of Aareal Bank AG/Istanbul Representative Office - Turkey, graduated from Business Administration of the University of Applied Science in Kon-stanz/Germany and Coventry University/England. During her years at Aareal Bank, she worked for and later managed the Turkish Credit Department and the Turkish Market. With property financing volumes of approx. Euro 30 billion, Aareal Bank Group enjoys an excellent market position in property lending business. In Turkey, the bank is active since 1999 and has a total portfolio volume of Euro 316.5 million.
