Mr. Bazin, Principal, Managing Director Europe and Chief
Executive Officer of ColonyCapital SAS, Colony’s European
operating subsidiary, is responsible for directing Colony’s
investment activity in Continental Europe. As such,
Sébastien is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and
consummation of all new investments in the region, with a
particular concentration in France, Spain, and Italy. Prior to
joining Colony in 1997, he was the Group Managing Director
and General Manager of Immobiliere Hoteliere (“IH”), a French
public company, where he was responsible for IH’s corporate
finance activities and its worldwide hotel operations.
Lucinda is a chartered accountant and has held
responsibilities for Corporate Finance, Derivatives, Investor
Relations and Financial Control. In April 2001 she was
appointed Head of Tax and in June 2003 she was appointed to
the new role of Head of Tax and Accounting. She is a member
of the HM Treasury Working Party on REITs. She also sits on
a number of industry wide committees and working parties
including the BPF/IPF/RICS Steering Group on REITs, The BPF
Taxation of Property Working Party and EPRA Tax Transparency
Committee.

Dmitry Besedovsky is a founder of Rockwell Developments, a
company that assists a number of domestic and international
players in the areas of commercial and industrial real estate
development and investments in the CIS. Currently, he advises
Raven Group, a public UK-based real estate fund with $2.5
bln. under management. Throughout his executive career,
Dmitry has been involved in a number of projects related to
acquisitions, business development and turn-around. Dmitry
has graduated from the Executive MBA Program of the
University of Chicago. Mr. Besedovsky is a co-founder of
Moscow Club of Chicago GSB and is a Member of the Oversight
Committee for Kidsave International.
After training as a bank employee Dr. Frank Billand studied
political economy. In 1984 he started his professional career
at Hochtief AG and left this company in 2003 as spokesman
for the management area of Hochtief development. Since
2003 Dr. Frank Billand has been a member of the board of
management of DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, a part of
the Union Investment Group of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken
Association. His main responsibilities are currently the
acquisition and sale of properties and shopping centers
in Germany, Austria, Italy, Scandinavia, the Netherlands and
Central Europe as well as project development, building
activies, real estate marketing and communication.

Mr. Black is the Managing Director of Heitman’s European
private equity business. Since the mid-1990’s, Mr. Black has
had primary responsibility for the group’s investment activities
in Europe and is currently based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Black has directed global acquisition and disposition
activity exceeding $5 billion. He is the Chairman of Heitman’s
regulated commingled funds in Europe and is a member of
Heitman’s Board of Managers and Heitman’s International
Investment Committee.
Jim is a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and oversees
the European division of the Global Real Estate Group. At
Lehman Brothers since 1994, Jim originally worked in
the CMBS and Large Loans business in New York and
subsequently headed up the CMBS and Senior Loan business
in Europe for four years before taking over responsibility for the
Firm’s real estate business (excluding LBREP, Lehman’s real
estate private equity fund) in 2004. The Real Estate Group
has committed capital to transactions involving over $13 billion
of property assets throughout Europe.

Stephan Boenning is Managing Director of IXIS AEW
Deutschland, where he is responsible for the acquisition of
real estate single assets and portfolios. Mr. Boenning has
been working in the real estate business for almost 15 years.
Prior to this role he held various senior level positions. He
was Managing Director of AXA Investment Managers and
Aachener Grundvermögen, where he was in charge of real
estate investments and fund managing. Before that he was
working for WestInvest, a company of DEKA Investments as
leader of the investment department. In this roles he was
able to originate new investments of around Euro 3,5 bn. Mr.
Boenning is a graduate of the Fachhochschule Nuertingen.

d’abord au financement de l’immobilier comme Vice Président
chez Citibank France. Directeur chez Axa, il préside la
Foncière FIDEI qu’il cède à un fonds Nord Américain. Il prend
la Présidence du Groupe ISM en 1998 qu’il reconfigure
autour de la foncière cotée Bail Investissement qu’il préside
depuis 7 ans. Il préside maintenant VECTRANE, nouvelle
Société financière cotée depuis décembre 2005 qu’il entend
développer. Il préside également AFILOG, association
regroupant les professionnels de la logistique.
