Mr. Bazin, Principal, Managing Director Europe and Chief<br />
Executive Officer <strong>of</strong> ColonyCapital SAS, Colony’s European<br />
operating subsidiary, is responsible for directing Colony’s<br />
investment activity in Continental Europe. As such,<br />
Sébastien is responsible for <strong>the</strong> identification, evaluation, and<br />
consummation <strong>of</strong> all new investments in <strong>the</strong> region, with a<br />
particular concentration in France, Spain, and Italy. Prior to<br />
joining Colony in 1997, he was <strong>the</strong> Group Managing Director<br />
and General Manager <strong>of</strong> Immobiliere Hoteliere (“IH”), a French<br />
public company, where he was responsible for IH’s corporate<br />
finance activities and its worldwide hotel operations.<br />
Lucinda is a chartered accountant and has held<br />
responsibilities for Corporate Finance, Derivatives, Investor<br />
Relations and Financial Control. In April 2001 she was<br />
appointed Head <strong>of</strong> Tax and in June 2003 she was appointed to<br />
<strong>the</strong> new role <strong>of</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> Tax and Accounting. She is a member<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> HM Treasury Working Party on REITs. She also sits on<br />
a number <strong>of</strong> industry wide committees and working parties<br />
including <strong>the</strong> BPF/IPF/RICS Steering Group on REITs, The BPF<br />
Taxation <strong>of</strong> Property Working Party and EPRA Tax Transparency<br />
Committee.<br />

Dmitry Besedovsky is a founder <strong>of</strong> Rockwell Developments, a<br />
company that assists a number <strong>of</strong> domestic and international<br />
players in <strong>the</strong> areas <strong>of</strong> commercial and industrial real estate<br />
development and investments in <strong>the</strong> CIS. Currently, he advises<br />
Raven Group, a public UK-based real estate fund with $2.5<br />
bln. under management. Throughout his executive career,<br />
Dmitry has been involved in a number <strong>of</strong> projects related to<br />
acquisitions, business development and turn-around. Dmitry<br />
has graduated from <strong>the</strong> Executive MBA Program <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
University <strong>of</strong> Chicago. Mr. Besedovsky is a co-founder <strong>of</strong><br />
Moscow Club <strong>of</strong> Chicago GSB and is a Member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Oversight<br />
Committee for Kidsave International.<br />
After training as a bank employee Dr. Frank Billand studied<br />
political economy. In 1984 he started his pr<strong>of</strong>essional career<br />
at Hochtief AG and left this company in 2003 as spokesman<br />
for <strong>the</strong> management area <strong>of</strong> Hochtief development. Since<br />
2003 Dr. Frank Billand has been a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> board <strong>of</strong><br />
management <strong>of</strong> DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, a part <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> Union Investment Group <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken<br />
Association. His main responsibilities are currently <strong>the</strong><br />
acquisition and sale <strong>of</strong> properties and shopping centers<br />
in Germany, Austria, Italy, Scandinavia, <strong>the</strong> Ne<strong>the</strong>rlands and<br />
Central Europe as well as project development, building<br />
activies, real estate marketing and communication.<br />

Mr. Black is <strong>the</strong> Managing Director <strong>of</strong> Heitman’s European<br />
private equity business. Since <strong>the</strong> mid-1990’s, Mr. Black has<br />
had primary responsibility for <strong>the</strong> group’s investment activities<br />
in Europe and is currently based in <strong>the</strong> firm’s London <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
Mr. Black has directed global acquisition and disposition<br />
activity exceeding $5 billion. He is <strong>the</strong> Chairman <strong>of</strong> Heitman’s<br />
regulated commingled funds in Europe and is a member <strong>of</strong><br />
Heitman’s Board <strong>of</strong> Managers and Heitman’s International<br />
Investment Committee.<br />
Jim is a Managing Director at Lehman Bro<strong>the</strong>rs and oversees<br />
<strong>the</strong> European division <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group. At<br />
Lehman Bro<strong>the</strong>rs since 1994, Jim originally worked in<br />
<strong>the</strong> CMBS and Large Loans business in New York and<br />
subsequently headed up <strong>the</strong> CMBS and Senior Loan business<br />
in Europe for four years before taking over responsibility for <strong>the</strong><br />
Firm’s real estate business (excluding LBREP, Lehman’s real<br />
estate private equity fund) in 2004. The <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group<br />
has committed capital to transactions involving over $13 billion<br />
<strong>of</strong> property assets throughout Europe.<br />

Stephan Boenning is Managing Director <strong>of</strong> IXIS AEW<br />
Deutschland, where he is responsible for <strong>the</strong> acquisition <strong>of</strong><br />
real estate single assets and portfolios. Mr. Boenning has<br />
been working in <strong>the</strong> real estate business for almost 15 years.<br />
Prior to this role he held various senior level positions. He<br />
was Managing Director <strong>of</strong> AXA Investment Managers and<br />
Aachener Grundvermögen, where he was in charge <strong>of</strong> real<br />
estate investments and fund managing. Before that he was<br />
working for WestInvest, a company <strong>of</strong> DEKA Investments as<br />
leader <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> investment department. In this roles he was<br />
able to originate new investments <strong>of</strong> around Euro 3,5 bn. Mr.<br />
Boenning is a graduate <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Fachhochschule Nuertingen.<br />

la Présidence du Groupe ISM en 1998 qu’il reconfigure<br />
autour de la foncière cotée Bail Investissement qu’il préside<br />
depuis 7 ans. Il préside maintenant VECTRANE, nouvelle<br />
Société financière cotée depuis décembre 2005 qu’il entend<br />
développer. Il préside également AFILOG, association<br />
regroupant les pr<strong>of</strong>essionnels de la logistique.
