Responsible for <strong>the</strong> financial and operational activities <strong>of</strong> The<br />

Hanover Company. Located in Houston, Texas, Hanover is<br />

one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> most active multi-family real estate development<br />

companies in <strong>the</strong> US, with over twenty years experience and<br />

an award-winning portfolio <strong>of</strong> residential high-rise, mid-rise<br />

and suburban projects. Hanover has developed over 32,000<br />

units totaling over $3.8 billion in project costs. Current<br />

developments are underway in LA, San Diego, Seattle, Denver,<br />

Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Charlotte and<br />

Boston. Hanover is expanding internationally and is currently<br />

developing a pipeline <strong>of</strong> transactions in Poland and Italy.<br />

Hanover also plans to expand its operations into o<strong>the</strong>r Western<br />

and Central European markets.<br />

Olivier Wigniolle is Managing Director <strong>of</strong> Crédit Agricole<br />

Immobilier, <strong>the</strong> real estate subsidiary <strong>of</strong> Crédit Agricole group.<br />

Prior to joining Crédit Agricole in 2005, Olivier Wigniolle was<br />

deputy Managing Director <strong>of</strong> Société Fonciere Lyonnaise.<br />

Olivier Wigniolle is graduate <strong>of</strong> HEC Business school.<br />

Steve Williamson works in <strong>the</strong> Commercial <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group<br />

in Europe. He has been providing development and investment<br />

debt and financing solutions for real estate clients in Europe<br />

for over 20 years. Steve joined <strong>the</strong> Deutsche Bank Group<br />

in 1999, originally working for Eurohypo, before transferring<br />

across to <strong>the</strong> newly formed Commercial <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group<br />

in 2002. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was Head <strong>of</strong> Loan<br />

Origination for Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> in London.<br />

Christopher Wilson is a Managing Director in <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

Finance at <strong>the</strong> Royal Bank <strong>of</strong> Scotland. He leads a team in<br />

London focused on Financial Institutions. Prior to joining RBS,<br />

Chris was with GE for 7 years in both <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> and Capital<br />

Markets roles. He began his career at Ernst & Young in New<br />

York. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received an MBA<br />

from <strong>the</strong> Wharton School <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong> Pennsylvania.<br />

Karl Wilson is <strong>the</strong> General Manager <strong>of</strong> Aareal’s operations<br />

in Central Europe, where <strong>the</strong> Group has been active for<br />

close to 10 years and recently has also taken over direct<br />

responsibility for Russia and as such will be spearheading <strong>the</strong><br />

Banks operations in that market. Prior to joining Aareal, Karl<br />

managed <strong>the</strong> Corporate Finance <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group <strong>of</strong> PwC in<br />

Central Eastern Europe, and as such has a deep understanding<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> regional markets. Before moving to Central Europe, Karl<br />

worked in both Frankfurt and London in <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Banking.<br />

Karl holds a degree in <strong>Estate</strong> Management from Trinity College<br />

Dublin, Ireland and is based in Warsaw, Poland.<br />

fonctions de management avant de présider le groupe de 1994<br />

Immobilier, Philippe dirige 2600 salariés, présents dans 8 pays<br />

européens avec 4 grands métiers : - Promotion (Meunier),<br />

- Conseil et Transaction (Atisreal et Espaces Immobiliers BNP<br />

Paribas), - Asset Management (BNP Paribas REIM), - Property<br />

Management (BNP Paribas <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Property Management).<br />

Il est également membre du Comité de Direction Générale de<br />

AMS et BNP Paribas Immobilier.<br />

Luigi Zunino is <strong>the</strong> CEO <strong>of</strong> Risanamento S.p.A., a real estate<br />

company that carries out activities <strong>of</strong> developing, planning<br />

and implementing real estate design projects. The major<br />

development areas are Milano Santa Giulia, a new,<br />

large district in <strong>the</strong> heart <strong>of</strong> Milan, designed by Norman Foster<br />

and <strong>the</strong> ex Falck Areas in Sesto San Giovanni. On 2003,<br />

Luigi received <strong>the</strong> title <strong>of</strong> “Cavaliere del Lavoro”<br />

(an Italian knighthood recognizing pr<strong>of</strong>essional excellence).<br />
