Erdinc, CEO - Varyap Construction, holds a BA in Civil Engineering. He worked as a Project Coordinator and Business Development Manager in 2000-2002 at Varyap. He did his MA International Management at Regents Business School London. He has executed unique strategies for property development and marketing especially in residential within the last two years. The company is one of the leading real estate and property development organization of Turkey. He speaks fluent English and Italian. With his experience at Varyap re-organization, he acted in the group’s new market entries and is still the VP of Varlibas Holding A.S operates in construction, materials, tourism, information technologies, real estate and health industries. BART VERHAEGHE chairman EURINPRO INTERNATIONAL CHRISTOPHER VOUTSINAS evp, corporate development & investment OXFORD PROPERTIES GROUP Bart Verhaeghe founded Eurinpro in 1993. Under his management the company has become the leading European investor and developer of tailor-made logistics real estate. Its activities were moved onto a global scale when Eurinpro was acquired by the Macquarie Goodman Group, an integrated industrial property group listed on Australian Stock Exchange. Bart is a member of Macquarie Goodman’s global executive committee. He holds a law degree and an MBA from the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School (Belgium). Christopher Voutsinas, EVP, Corporate Development & Investments oversees a $10 billion global investment program. Previously, Mr. Voutsinas was Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management in the Real Estate Opportunities Group of Deutsche Bank and a member of its global investment committee. Prior to that, Mr. Voutsinas was in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Voutsinas holds an M.B.A. (Wharton), an M.S.R.E.D. (M.I.T.), and a B.Arch. (McGill).). Warschke has been active in Real Estate since 1983. While at Chase in London and Frankfurt, DePfa Bank in Wiesbaden and in her present position as head of International Real Estate Finance at Helaba in Frankfurt she has been involved in international real estate finance for all asset classes in most European countries including Germany as well as the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Warschke is president of the “German Women in Property Association”. Ian Watt is Director of International Development in Old Mutual Properties, part of Old Mutual plc. A trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centres, he was chairman of the 2005 ICSC Retail Real Estate World Summit. He is also a member of the board of governors of the Global Real Estate Institute and a member of the International Real Estate Federation, the Urban Land Institute and the International Association of Amusement Park Administrators. RICHARD WEBERBERGER head of property investment, austria HENDERSON GLOBAL INVESTORS IMMOBILIEN AUSTRIA GMBH PETER WEINZIERL board member MEINL BANK AG Richard Weberberger heads up the Vienna office, where he is Head of Property Investment, Austria. Richard also initiates and will lead the screening of opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously Richard worked for LaSalle Investment Management in London and ImmoEast/ImmoFinanz in Vienna, where he structured and co-chaired an institutional Central European Property Fund. Richard holds a master from Harvard University as well as one from Vienna Tech and he is a chartered management consultant. After studying economics and computer science at the University of Vienna (1983 - 1987), Peter Weinzierl studied at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna (1987 - 1989). From 1989 - 1991, he studied international business at Georgetown University, Washington D.C.. He also holds a masters degree in law from the University of Vienna. In 1985 Peter started his professional career at the Austrian Institute for Advanced Studies. From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a research assistant at Georgetown University. Peter joined Meinl Bank AG in 1992 and worked within corporate finance. Since 1999 Peter Weinzierl has been a member of the management board of Meinl Bank AG and was instrumental in building up Meinl European Land.

Located in Houston, Texas, Hanover is one of the most active multi-family real estate development companies in the US, with over twenty years experience and an award-winning portfolio of residential high-rise, mid-rise and suburban projects. Hanover has developed over 32,000 units totaling over $3.8 billion in project costs. Current developments are underway in LA, San Diego, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Charlotte and Boston. Hanover is expanding internationally and is currently developing a pipeline of transactions in Poland and Italy. Hanover also plans to expand its operations into other Western and Central European markets. Olivier Wigniolle is Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, the real estate subsidiary of Crédit Agricole group. Prior to joining Crédit Agricole in 2005, Olivier Wigniolle was deputy Managing Director of Société Fonciere Lyonnaise. Olivier Wigniolle is graduate of HEC Business school. STEVE WILLIAMSON manager commercial real estate DEUTSCHE BANK CHRISTOPHER (“CHRIS”) WILSON managing director ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC Steve Williamson works in the Commercial Real Estate Group in Europe. He has been providing development and investment debt and financing solutions for real estate clients in Europe for over 20 years. Steve joined the Deutsche Bank Group in 1999, originally working for Eurohypo, before transferring across to the newly formed Commercial Real Estate Group in 2002. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was Head of Loan Origination for Hypo Real Estate in London. Christopher Wilson is a Managing Director in Real Estate Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He leads a team in London focused on Financial Institutions. Prior to joining RBS, Chris was with GE for 7 years in both Real Estate and Capital Markets roles. He began his career at Ernst & Young in New York. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. KARL WILSON general manager cee AAREAL BANK PHILIPPE ZIVKOVIC executive chairman BNP PARIBAS IMMOBILIER Karl Wilson is the General Manager of Aareal’s operations in Central Europe, where the Group has been active for close to 10 years and recently has also taken over direct responsibility for Russia and as such will be spearheading the Banks operations in that market. Prior to joining Aareal, Karl managed the Corporate Finance Real Estate Group of PwC in Central Eastern Europe, and as such has a deep understanding of the regional markets. Before moving to Central Europe, Karl worked in both Frankfurt and London in Real Estate Banking. Karl holds a degree in Estate Management from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and is based in Warsaw, Poland.
