Mr. Breslauer founded Patron Capital in 1999 and is <strong>the</strong><br />

Managing Director <strong>of</strong> Patron Capital Limited, investment<br />

adviser to Patron Funds I and II. Patron represents leading<br />

U.S. and European institutions. Focusing on investments in<br />

European companies and assets associated with property<br />

related activities. Began his career in 1993 with Lehman<br />

Bro<strong>the</strong>rs. Holds an MBA degree from University <strong>of</strong> Chicago and<br />

a BSc degree from New York University School <strong>of</strong> Business.<br />

Dr. Rolf E. Breuer was Chairman <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Supervisory Board<br />

<strong>of</strong> Deutsche Bank AG from 2002 to May, 2006. He was<br />

Spokesman <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Managing Directors and Chairman<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Group Executive Committee <strong>of</strong> Deutsche Bank from<br />

1997 to 2002, following 12 years <strong>of</strong> membership on <strong>the</strong> Board<br />

<strong>of</strong> Managing Directors. He is a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Supervisory<br />

Board <strong>of</strong> E.ON AG and holds a non-executive directorship<br />

at Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank. Rolf E. Breuer has a<br />

doctorate in Law from <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong> Bonn.<br />

Alessandro is Head <strong>of</strong> European Research based in Brussels.<br />

He is responsible for various European research activities<br />

including forecasting property returns across various sectors<br />

and city regions. Prior to joining Aberdeen, Alessandro was<br />

Head <strong>of</strong> European Research for <strong>the</strong> Catella Property Group.<br />

Before joining Catella he worked for Security Capital, a major<br />

American REIT, where he assisted in <strong>the</strong> investment decisionmaking<br />

process through research. Prior to taking up <strong>the</strong><br />

position with Security Capital in 1998 he worked for Eurostat<br />

in Luxembourg and for <strong>the</strong> Ifo <strong>Institute</strong> for Economic Research<br />

in Munich. Alessandro holds a Masters in Economics from<br />

<strong>the</strong> Ludwig-Maximilians-University <strong>of</strong> Munich and speaks four<br />

languages fluently.<br />

Rob graduated from Bristol Polytechnic in 1991 joining Clive<br />

Lewis & Partners, <strong>the</strong>n became Director in charge <strong>of</strong> UK<br />

business space investment at Colliers Erdman Lewis. Whilst<br />

<strong>the</strong>re he specialised in development finance and secondary<br />

portfolio management. Rob left in 1999 to join Kenmore<br />

to run <strong>the</strong> London <strong>of</strong>fice. In 2003 he initiated Kenmore’s<br />

programme into Europe by purchasing Euro 25m in <strong>the</strong><br />

industrial/warehouse property market in <strong>the</strong> Ile de France<br />

region. He was appointed Head <strong>of</strong> Europe in 2005 and<br />

continued to expand Kenmore’s pr<strong>of</strong>ile with acquisitions in<br />

Belgium, Holland, Germany, Finland, Norway and Sweden<br />

and established an <strong>of</strong>fice in Paris in August 2004. Currently<br />

Managing Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Group with 50+ staff in seven<br />

locations.<br />

Mr. Brush is Head <strong>of</strong> RREEF Europe and <strong>Global</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Opportunities Group (REOG) based in London.<br />

In his current role, he is responsible for RREEF’s real estate<br />

fund operations in Europe (ex-Germany) and for managing<br />

<strong>the</strong> real estate funds <strong>of</strong> RREEF/DB <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> focused on<br />

high yield real estate investment on a global basis. Since<br />

assuming responsibility for this business in 1994, Mr. Brush<br />

has supervised REOG’s involvement in transactions with an<br />

enterprise value in excess <strong>of</strong> $20 billion..<br />

Marie Bucht is <strong>the</strong> CEO <strong>of</strong> Newsec Advice, which is <strong>the</strong><br />

daughter company within <strong>the</strong> Newsec Group that performs a<br />

large variety <strong>of</strong> analysis and valuation services. Mrs. Bucht<br />

has worked with social and property economy related analysis<br />

for <strong>the</strong> past 13 years, and has been active in Newsec <strong>the</strong><br />

last seven years. Mrs. Bucht has in her role as an analyst<br />

been involved in developing a number <strong>of</strong> unique models for<br />

property analysis. Marie is also editor for Newsecs Nordic<br />

Report. Marie is responsible for acquisition advisory services<br />

for international investors. Marie holds a degree in business<br />

administration.
