Noel focuses on real estate financing activities with special
emphasis on deal structuring. He is currently advising clients
on financing property investments using innovative structures
to maximise leverage and optimise taxation. Over the last
five years, Noel has acted as financial adviser to a range of
high profile property developers and Irish investors on a range
of projects to the value of Euro 1bn. He recently advised
Residential Reversions on structuring its first investment
fund and has advised clients on real estates transactions in
London, Brussels, Luxembourg and the USA. Noel was also
involved in advising a consortium of Irish investors on the
purchase of CAA House, a Euro 150m London Investment
Property.

government for the industrial development of French North
Africa. Economic advisor for the implementation of water
resources management and pollution control agencies in

of a computerized branch planning and cost accounting
system. General manager of Ficofrance. Consultant on direct
home banking, for Banque Indosuez and Société Générale.
Chairman of Caisse Centrale de Crédit Immobilier. Chairman
of Sopargem, a subsidiary of Paref. He has written several
books and articles.

Pierangelo Maio, born in Italy in 1957, educated in Italy and
USA. Chairman of Tecnologie & Spazio, founded in 1992, a
real estate asset management company active in Investment,
Development, Master Planning, Project Management and
Advisory in Italy, Europe and Globally. T&S mission: originate
investments ahead of the market, minimizing risks and
maximizing returns. Track record: transactions completed with
WestLB, Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch and Colony Capital.
Presently focused on expanding operations and sourcing new
success opportunities and investment strategies.
Hervé Manet, 49 ans, Deug Sciences Economiques à Lyon
II et IEP Lyon, a débuté sa carrière chez SAE Immobilier :
de 1982 à 1999, il a été Directeur administratif et financier
en Irak puis Directeur Général Ile-de-France. Il a rejoint
Bouwfonds Marignan en 1999 en tant que Directeur Général
et a été nommé Président du groupe en 2002. Egalement
Vice Président du Club de l’Immobilier, Vice Président de
la Chambre Syndicale de la Fédération des Promoteurs
Constructeurs Ile-de-France et Membre du bureau exécutif
de la FPC.

Ramsey Mankarious is Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Capital
Partners based in London. Cedar Capital Partners (“Cedar”)
is a specialist hotel investment firm that focuses on acquiring
and asset managing hotels on behalf of institutions and high
net worth investors. Since its formation in 2004, Cedar
Capital Partners have acquired hotels with a value in excess of
$700 million. Previously Mr. Mankarious was Executive VP at
Kingdom Holding and Associate Director at HVS International.
Peter Marano is the Chairman of Gemini Commercial
Investments. He attended the University of California,
Berkeley. He worked for the real estate department of The
First Boston Corporation for five years prior to joining Olympia
and York where he was the Leasing Director for the Canary
Wharf project until 1992. He started Gemini in 1992 and
since then Gemini has developed several large scale office
projects in London. He enjoys travel, tennis, and skiing.

Etienne Marcot, IEP suivi d’un troisième cycle “aménagement
et urbanisme” a passé plusieurs années à Crédisuez et à la
Henin (1989 - 1998) où il fut en charge d’une partie de la
défaisance. Il a poursuivit sa carrière en qualité de Directeur
Général chez Constructa S.A. puis Président de la filiale
asset management, crée en 2000. Début 2004 il rejoint le
groupe GECINA comme Directeur Général de LOCARE, filiale
de commercialisation de GECINA. En juillet 2005 il intègre
le groupe UFG en tant que Directeur du pôle Investissements
Arbitrages, membre du comité éxécutif.
David started his professional career working as a site
engineer for Ferrrovial (one of the biggest Spanish Construction
groups). In this period he managed several building projects.
In 1998 he joined Bovis Lend Lease where has worked in
many different projects both in Spain and UK. In 2001 he
was promoted to Project Director responsible for a diverse
portfolio of projects both for Spanish and foreign investors.
Currently he is the Managing Director of Parque Valdebebas, an
important urban development in Madrid where 12.000 housing
and 1.2 million m 2 offices will be built. On the Academic
side David is Ingeniero de Caminos and has an MBA in IESE
Business School, University of Navarra.
