Joined HSH Nordbank in June 06 as Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
London branch with particular responsibilities for expanding<br />
<strong>the</strong> bank’s existing European client base and <strong>the</strong> financing<br />
products and services provided to property investors by<br />
including conduit loans designed for CMBS issuances and<br />
o<strong>the</strong>r <strong>of</strong>f-balance sheet financing products. Before June 06,<br />
he worked for BNP Paribas-Principal Finance and Securitisation.<br />
He was first Head <strong>of</strong> Investments at Lend Lease <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Investments and <strong>the</strong>n SVP at AIG <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>, in both<br />
firms in charge <strong>of</strong> European investment acquisitions on behalf<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> property Funds managed by <strong>the</strong>m. He first moved<br />
to London with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997 as Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
European Retail Investment team.<br />
As from May 2006 Michiel Rang (47) is member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Board<br />
<strong>of</strong> ING <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance, responsible for <strong>the</strong> international<br />
side <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> business. These activities cover <strong>of</strong>fices in Paris,<br />
Madrid, Milan, London, New York and Sydney and cover<br />
assets exceeding EUR 7 bln. Prior to his new position he was<br />
responsible for <strong>the</strong> Continental European activities. He joined<br />
ING <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance in 2000 from <strong>the</strong> international banking<br />
division <strong>of</strong> ING bank where he held various (management)<br />
positions in different parts <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> world.<br />

Mr. Raptis is a Director <strong>of</strong> RREEF Opportunity Funds Europe.<br />
RREEF is <strong>the</strong> real estate investment management arm<br />
<strong>of</strong> Deutsche Asset Management, <strong>the</strong> global investment<br />
management business <strong>of</strong> Deutsche Bank. He is based in<br />
London. Mr. Raptis joined RREEF in 2000 and since <strong>the</strong>n he<br />
has successfully structured and executed investments with a<br />
total value in excess <strong>of</strong> US$ 4 billion. He joined RREEF from<br />
Credit Suisse’s real estate team. Prior to that, he spent two<br />
years with <strong>the</strong> securitization team <strong>of</strong> Bankers Trust. Mr. Raptis<br />
has received a BSc in Banking and International Finance from<br />
Cass (City University) Business School.<br />
Giulio Rasetta is <strong>the</strong> Chief Financial Officer <strong>of</strong> Risanamento,<br />
<strong>the</strong> leading Italian real estate developer, since 2003,<br />
responsible for strategy, corporate finance as well as<br />
business development and investor relations. In particular,<br />
Giulio is responsible for <strong>the</strong> group’s activities in Paris, where<br />
Risanamento has invested approximately Euro 800 million<br />
over <strong>the</strong> past two years. Prior to Risanamento, Giulio was an<br />
Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in <strong>the</strong> M&A department in<br />
London and a Vice President at Merrill Lynch in New York.<br />

James Raynor joined Grosvenor in April 2004 and is based<br />
in Paris. He is responsible for developing Grosvenor’s fund<br />
management business in Europe and is <strong>the</strong> primary contact<br />
for investment partners. Grosvenor currently manages three<br />
co-investment vehicles on <strong>the</strong> Continent. Prior to working for<br />
Grosvenor he was Senior Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> French <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Team at <strong>the</strong> Royal Bank <strong>of</strong> Scotland and a board member at<br />
Nordisk Renting, a Scandanavian sale & leaseback specialist.<br />
Dr. Sebastian Reich is Executive Director <strong>of</strong> URS Deutschland<br />
GmbH, a subsidiary <strong>of</strong> URS Corporation. He heads <strong>the</strong><br />
Transaction Services and is responsible for business<br />
development. With more than 20 years experience he advised<br />
<strong>the</strong> last eight years clients on technical, environmental, and<br />
health and safety risks in <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> property transactions<br />
and M&A activities. He advises on financial implications,<br />
supports negotiation strategies, and helps his clients to<br />
implement appropriate measurements and programs to add<br />
value to <strong>the</strong>ir business.<br />

Frank Reichert, born 1964, has been active for over 11 years<br />
in <strong>the</strong> real estate business, starting at <strong>the</strong> financing part<br />
and later on <strong>the</strong> development side. In 1998 he changed<br />
his position to <strong>the</strong> acquisition side in a German open ended<br />
fund. He is currently Head <strong>of</strong> Portfolio Management /<br />
Acquisition at <strong>the</strong> KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH<br />
and responsible for all <strong>the</strong> acquisitions done in <strong>the</strong> KanAm<br />
grundinvest Fonds since <strong>the</strong> launching <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Fonds in<br />
November 2001. In this period he was structuring deals in 8<br />
different countries with a volumne <strong>of</strong> over 5 billion Euros on<br />
<strong>the</strong> buyers as well as on <strong>the</strong> sellers side.<br />
Inès Reinmann holds a DESS (graduate degree) in real estate<br />
law and a master’s degree in business law. She began<br />
her career in 1980 with <strong>the</strong> Dumez group. In 1988, Ms.<br />
Reinmann joined Bouygues as Development Manager. She<br />
<strong>the</strong>n continued her career at Coprim from 1989 to 2000,<br />
where she held various management positions. In 2000, Ms.<br />
Reinmann became managing director <strong>of</strong> Icade Tertial, where<br />
she supervised and managed a growing team, for four years,<br />
introduced and developed workstation expertise, structured<br />
turnkey transactions and developed <strong>the</strong> shopping center<br />
business. In 2004, Ms. Reinmann became <strong>the</strong> Business<br />
Property Market Director at Icade. She is also <strong>the</strong> President <strong>of</strong><br />
Icade EMGP, Icade Tertial, Icade Eurogem and Icade Gestion Tertiaire.
