Joined HSH Nordbank in June 06 as Head of Real Estate of the
London branch with particular responsibilities for expanding
the bank’s existing European client base and the financing
products and services provided to property investors by
including conduit loans designed for CMBS issuances and
other off-balance sheet financing products. Before June 06,
he worked for BNP Paribas-Principal Finance and Securitisation.
He was first Head of Investments at Lend Lease Real Estate
Investments and then SVP at AIG Global Real Estate, in both
firms in charge of European investment acquisitions on behalf
of the property Funds managed by them. He first moved
to London with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997 as Head of the
European Retail Investment team.
As from May 2006 Michiel Rang (47) is member of the Board
of ING Real Estate Finance, responsible for the international
side of the business. These activities cover offices in Paris,
Madrid, Milan, London, New York and Sydney and cover
assets exceeding EUR 7 bln. Prior to his new position he was
responsible for the Continental European activities. He joined
ING Real Estate Finance in 2000 from the international banking
division of ING bank where he held various (management)
positions in different parts of the world.

Mr. Raptis is a Director of RREEF Opportunity Funds Europe.
RREEF is the real estate investment management arm
of Deutsche Asset Management, the global investment
management business of Deutsche Bank. He is based in
London. Mr. Raptis joined RREEF in 2000 and since then he
has successfully structured and executed investments with a
total value in excess of US$ 4 billion. He joined RREEF from
Credit Suisse’s real estate team. Prior to that, he spent two
years with the securitization team of Bankers Trust. Mr. Raptis
has received a BSc in Banking and International Finance from
Cass (City University) Business School.
Giulio Rasetta is the Chief Financial Officer of Risanamento,
the leading Italian real estate developer, since 2003,
responsible for strategy, corporate finance as well as
business development and investor relations. In particular,
Giulio is responsible for the group’s activities in Paris, where
Risanamento has invested approximately Euro 800 million
over the past two years. Prior to Risanamento, Giulio was an
Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the M&A department in
London and a Vice President at Merrill Lynch in New York.

James Raynor joined Grosvenor in April 2004 and is based
in Paris. He is responsible for developing Grosvenor’s fund
management business in Europe and is the primary contact
for investment partners. Grosvenor currently manages three
co-investment vehicles on the Continent. Prior to working for
Grosvenor he was Senior Director of the French Real Estate
Team at the Royal Bank of Scotland and a board member at
Nordisk Renting, a Scandanavian sale & leaseback specialist.
Dr. Sebastian Reich is Executive Director of URS Deutschland
GmbH, a subsidiary of URS Corporation. He heads the
Transaction Services and is responsible for business
development. With more than 20 years experience he advised
the last eight years clients on technical, environmental, and
health and safety risks in the course of property transactions
and M&A activities. He advises on financial implications,
supports negotiation strategies, and helps his clients to
implement appropriate measurements and programs to add
value to their business.

Frank Reichert, born 1964, has been active for over 11 years
in the real estate business, starting at the financing part
and later on the development side. In 1998 he changed
his position to the acquisition side in a German open ended
fund. He is currently Head of Portfolio Management /
Acquisition at the KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH
and responsible for all the acquisitions done in the KanAm
grundinvest Fonds since the launching of the Fonds in
November 2001. In this period he was structuring deals in 8
different countries with a volumne of over 5 billion Euros on
the buyers as well as on the sellers side.
Inès Reinmann holds a DESS (graduate degree) in real estate
law and a master’s degree in business law. She began
her career in 1980 with the Dumez group. In 1988, Ms.
Reinmann joined Bouygues as Development Manager. She
then continued her career at Coprim from 1989 to 2000,
where she held various management positions. In 2000, Ms.
Reinmann became managing director of Icade Tertial, where
she supervised and managed a growing team, for four years,
introduced and developed workstation expertise, structured
turnkey transactions and developed the shopping center
business. In 2004, Ms. Reinmann became the Business
Property Market Director at Icade. She is also the President of
Icade EMGP, Icade Tertial, Icade Eurogem and Icade Gestion Tertiaire.
