Claus-Jürgen Cohausz joined Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank
upon its creation in early 1995 as Head of the Executive Office;
he played a major role in its organization. In 1996 he became
Head of International Real Estate Finance and was responsible
for the entire foreign lending business of the Bank. At the end
of 2004 Mr. Cohausz was appointed Senior Managing Director.
Effective 01/01/2006 he became Member of the Managing
Board and Chief Origination Officer of WIB being responsible
for Client Relationship, Joint Ventures, Real Estate Structured
Finance and Treasury.
Bruno Cohen is Director of Investments at IXIS AEW Europe
/ Curzon, in charge of European acquisitions. Before joining
Curzon in 2004, he was Managing Director at Tishman Speyer
Properties and Head of the French operations. Prior to
joining Tishman in 1997, he held various senior management
positions in the real estate sector with Hammerson France (as
Head of the Office Department), Vivendi group and Eurodisney.
He is a graduate from INSEAD (MBA) and ESTP (MSc in civil
engineering).

Peter Collins is Head of Global Investment for DTZ based in
London. Peter joined DTZ in 2000 and prior to that, Peter was
the Regional Managing Director for Colliers Jardine located in
Singapore. He has also worked for Richard Ellis where his
last position was Deputy Managing Director for its Spanish
operation. He has strong European and Asian experiences
and has advised and handled transactions in United Kingdom,
Spain, Scandinavia, Austria, Greece, Singapore, Indonesia,
Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, China, India and
Australia.
Since 1992,General Secretary of the Jean Jaurès Foundation,
Paris. Since 1999,Senator for the Rhone Department. Since
2001,Mayor of Lyon. Since 2001,President of Greater Lyon
(Urban Community of Lyon). Values at the heart of his actions;
Moral rigour and integrity, a respect of knowledge, a capacity
both to listen to others and engage in constructive dialogue,
and his level-headedness all make Gérard Collomb a humanist
with conviction.

Titulaire d’un DESS de droit, et du diplôme supérieur de
Notariat de l’Université de Paris 2 Assas, Jean-Marc Coly,
démarre sa carrière en 1982 au sein de l’étude ADER. Il
intègre ensuite l’UFG en 1993 en qualité de directeur des
études et Affaires juridiques, puis deviendra quelques années
plus tard directeur des études et Affaires juridiques et de la
gestion immobilière, puis en 2001, il devient Directeur Général
délégué de UFG Immobilier en charges de la gestion des
actifs immobiliers, des activités juridiques, des produits et du
marketing. Il est aujourd’hui, Directeur Général de UFG Real
Estate Managers, membre du comité éxécutif.
Graduate of the school of architecture of Lyon and of the
French institute of management, Jean-Claude Condamin
created SOGELYM in 1974, which in 1994 became SOGELYM
STEINER, specializing in corporate real estate. In 2005
he sold the remainder of his shares and turned his solid
experience to the investment company, DIXENCE, which
develops and invests in real estate projects in Paris and Lyon.
Nominated to the Property Developers’ PIERRE d’OR award
in 2006.

Eric COSSERAT, 41 years, is the chairman of PERIAL (new
name of the former GPD). He joined PERIAL Group in 1989.
He previously worked at NATEXIS Bank in NEW YORK as
financial analyst. He currently runs the Real Estate Investment
Trusts LA PARTICIPATION FONCIERE. He is a graduate from
I.S.G. PARIS.
Cyril Courbage is a Managing Director responsible for Deutsche
Bank’s European Commercial Real Estate large loan banking
and non-performing loan principal activities. Prior to Deutsche
Bank, Cyril spent seven years at Merrill Lynch in New York and
London, initially focusing on distressed debt and more recently
as a director in the real estate principal investment group.
