Michael Lange founded <strong>the</strong> leading <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Advisory<br />
and Investment firm Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow, Russia,<br />
during <strong>the</strong> early 90’s. Next to his general management<br />
responsibilities he is directly overseeing and involved in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Capital Market, Corporate Finance segment, Strategic<br />
Consulting activities, and is an integral part and driving force<br />
behind Moscow, Russia’s growth in <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice, Retails and Light<br />
Industrial fragment. Mr. Lange has been a recognised Board<br />
Member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> different regions and business lines within<br />
Jones Lang LaSalle and has served on several accounts as an<br />
active Non-Executive Director <strong>of</strong> leading Corporations.<br />
Massy is Marketing Director for GE <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Europe, based<br />
in Paris, covering <strong>the</strong> growth strategy in new markets and new<br />
asset classes, and marketing and communications across<br />
our European operations. Massy joined GE’s Commercial<br />
Equipment Finance group in 1996 focusing on international<br />
acquisitions and growth opportunities across <strong>the</strong> European<br />
leasing markets. Massy left GE in 2000 to join a technology<br />
start-up in <strong>the</strong> UK. She <strong>the</strong>n rejoined GE <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> in 2004.<br />
Massy holds a Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science degree from <strong>the</strong> Wharton<br />
School <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong> Pennsylvania and an MBA from<br />
Insead.<br />

Robert co-founded Resolution Property Plc in 1998 and as<br />
Chief Executive <strong>of</strong> Resolution he is responsible for company<br />
strategy, performance, and property investment activity.<br />
Resolution is backed by some <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> foremost US universities<br />
and foundations, US and European private equity investors and<br />
pension funds. The company has invested in retail, <strong>of</strong>fice and<br />
industrial assets, completing landmark acquisitions such as<br />
<strong>the</strong> purchase <strong>of</strong> Greater London House in Camden, <strong>the</strong> Water<br />
Gardens in Harlow, <strong>the</strong> Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow,<br />
<strong>the</strong> Ridings Shopping Centre in Wakefield and a major retail<br />
park portfolio throughout Sweden. Resolution has recently<br />
completed over Euro 300m <strong>of</strong> out <strong>of</strong> town retail acquisitions in<br />
Spain, Portugal and Germany.<br />
Jérôme Le Grelle is a graduate <strong>of</strong> Sciences Politiques in<br />
Paris. He began his career at Bouygues and <strong>the</strong>n Kaufman &<br />
Broad. After 18 years <strong>of</strong> real estate experience he managed<br />
<strong>the</strong> worldwide real estate portfolio <strong>of</strong> LVMH an Séphora and<br />
joined <strong>the</strong> company Rodamco Europe in France in 2002 as<br />
Managing Director.<br />

Philippe is a Director at Citigroup Investment Research,<br />
heading <strong>the</strong> Pan-European real estate sector team. He has<br />
extensive experience in <strong>the</strong> real estate sector in Europe,<br />
previously with JP Morgan. Before that, he covered European<br />
real estate at ABN Amro. Citigroup Investment Research Team<br />
ranked number 3 in this year’s Institutional Investor All Europe<br />
Research Poll. In France, Philippe was individually ranked<br />
number 1 Stock picker and number 1 Estimator in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> industry according to StarMine Analyst Award 2005.<br />
Mr. Lee runs <strong>the</strong> firm’s London <strong>of</strong>fice and has been involved in<br />
<strong>the</strong> development and execution <strong>of</strong> Starwood’s overall European<br />
investment strategy. Since opening <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice in 2003, he has<br />
worked on over US $4 billion <strong>of</strong> transactions in Europe. He<br />
currently sits on <strong>the</strong> Management Board <strong>of</strong> Starwood’s UK,<br />
French and German joint venture partnerships.<br />

Markus Leininger joined Rheinhyp in 1995 and started his<br />
career in <strong>the</strong> International Property Lending Department<br />
(UK, Ne<strong>the</strong>rlands, Scandinavia). In mid-1997 he took over<br />
responsibility setting up <strong>the</strong> Central European Property Lending<br />
Division. After opening <strong>of</strong>fices in Poland, Czech Republic and<br />
Hungary, he managed a team which concentrates on financing<br />
<strong>of</strong> all types <strong>of</strong> large commercial properties (Retail, Offices,<br />
Hotels and Distribution Warehouses) in <strong>the</strong> region. In 2001 he<br />
was managing <strong>the</strong> set-up process <strong>of</strong> Rheinhyp’s operations in<br />
North America. Since EUROHYPO’s merger which took place<br />
in September 2002 he is heading <strong>the</strong> Central and Eastern<br />
European Property Lending Division (incl. Austria).<br />
Dr. Stefanie Leiter joined Archon Group Germany (a subsidiary<br />
<strong>of</strong> Goldman Sachs) in 2004. As a director <strong>of</strong> financing she<br />
focuses on <strong>the</strong> financial restructuring <strong>of</strong> residential housing<br />
companies worth over Euro 2 billion and portfolio transactions.<br />
Prior to joining Archon Stefanie worked for KanAm Group in<br />
internatonal acquisitions and portfolio management. Major<br />
acquisitions include: Winchester House in London and The<br />
Evening Star Building in Washington, DC. Stefanie started her<br />
career in 1988 in construction lending at Citibank, New York.<br />
Stefanie holds a PhD in Law from Karl-Franzens University<br />
Graz, Austria, and an MBA from Columbia Business School,<br />
New York.
