Jacques-Yves Nicol is the Managing Director of Aberdeen
Property Investors France. Prior to joining the group he was
the Managing Director of Tishman Speyer France where he
headed up their real estate business. Mr. Nicol has had a
long career in the international finance and banking industry
with senior positions held at AIG, AXA, Bouygues and the Bank
of America.
Erik is Chief European Economist at Goldman Sachs where
he joined in 1996. He became a Managing Director in
2002. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Erik worked in Washington
DC, at the IMF and later for the World Bank. Before leaving
Denmark, Erik was an Economist at the Central Bank, and he
taught at the Copenhagen School of Economics and Business
Administration. Erik graduated from the University
of Copenhagen in 1981.

Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch is a Partner in the real estate
department in Lovells H. Seisler Sp. K. Before joining Lovells
in Warsaw she was a Partner in one of the largest law firms
in Poland. Mrs. Nowakowska-Zimoch is an experienced
Polish advocate (barrister) who has wide experience in court
and arbitration proceedings in Poland. She specialises in
various real estate aspects of transactions where she was
responsible for due diligence completion, contract drafting and
final negotiations as well as acquisitions and disposals of real
estate through investment vehicles in Poland.
Eyal Ofer has over 25 years of extensive experience in realestate
businesses worldwide and is presently Chairman &
CEO of Carlyle M.G. Limited and Co-Chairman, Miller Global
Properties, large a real estate investment fund focusing on
North America and Europe and most recently, involved with
the acquisition of 15 Central Park West in NYC. He also
has over 30 years of extensive experience in international
maritime transportation in all the major shipping segments,
and is a Member of the Board of Directors, Royal Caribbean
Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises Holdings, the second largest
international cruise company and a public company trading on
the New York stock exchange.

Chief Executive Officer, Petri Olkinuora M.Sc. (Engineering),
MBA. Born 1957. Other significant work experience: Uponor
Corporation, Real Estate Division, President 1996-2002
Tampereen Kiinteistö Invest Oy, Managing Director 1990-2002.
MD of the Real Estate Opportunities Funds (“REOF”) of RREEF
with particular focus to the markets of Italy, Greece, Turkey
and the Balkans. He is also a member of the European
Management Committee of RREEF and Head of RREEF Italy.
He has structured and completed twelve transactions with a
total portfolio value of approx $5 billion. These transactions
include New Real S.p.A, the property subsidiary of Enel S.p.A,
Italy’s largest electricity provider, Rinascente S.p.A, Italy’s
largest up-market department store chain, Express Holding
S.r.l, a company comprising a portfolio sold by the Italian
railways and the acquisition of an equity interest in Eurobank
Properties, the leading property company in Greece.

Radim Passer was born in 1963. After his studies at Faculty
of Civil Engineering he started his own business in 1991 and
established the company PASSERINVEST GROUP. In the early
years the company specialized in activities connected with
high-standard flats and office spaces in Královské Vinohrady
in Prague 2. In 1992, the father of Mr. Passer found land
valuable in development terms on which BB Centrum was later
built. BB Centrum is now among the best and most successful
projects in the Czech Republic and won several prestigious
awards.
As Senior Vice President Development with Four Seasons
Hotels and Resorts, Roy Paul is responsible for leading a team
of development specialists focused on Americas, Caribbean,
Europe, Middle East and Africa. After a number of years with
Westin Hotels, Mr. Paul entered the consulting field, working
with a leading food facilities planning and design firm, and
also PKF as a director in the Canadian practice. Mr. Paul
received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in hotel and food
administration from the University of Guelph, in Guelph Ontario
and his MBA from York University in Toronto, Ontario.
