Michel holds a degree in law, he is a graduate <strong>of</strong> IEP Paris and<br />
<strong>the</strong> Institut de Droit des Affaires. Mr Koch has served in <strong>the</strong><br />
real estate sector throughout his career, holding posts such<br />
as real estate developer, investment manager, asset manager<br />
and real estate financing specialist in French and international<br />
institutions. Mr Koch served at Groupe Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> as<br />
chairman <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Capital France SA<br />
from October 2000, before joining IXIS CIB in February 2005 to<br />
create and manage <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance business.<br />
Hakan Kodal is <strong>the</strong> General Manager <strong>of</strong> Yapi Kredi Koray, a<br />
leading REIT listed on <strong>the</strong> Istanbul Stock Exchange, active in<br />
Turkey and Romania. Before joining <strong>the</strong> company in 1997,<br />
Mr. Kodal has worked as Corporate Finance Manager at<br />
Garanti Investment Bank, Istanbul, and held various positions<br />
at Coopers & Lybrand in Paris, in management consultancy<br />
and corporate finance. Founder Chairman <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> National<br />
Association <strong>of</strong> Turkish <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investment Companies<br />
(GYODER), he has been Chairman <strong>of</strong> GYODER between<br />
1998-2002. He is also <strong>the</strong> Chair <strong>of</strong> Urban Land <strong>Institute</strong> (ULI)<br />
Turkish District, and ULI European Steering Committee member<br />
since June 2003.<br />

Michael Kröger is an educated lawyer and worked as a<br />
real estate banker for many years. His responsibilities<br />
in Paris, Berlin and Frankfurt included lending to German<br />
and international funds, investors and developers. Until<br />
recently he was with a German real estate bank and his role<br />
was to build up <strong>the</strong> bank’s HQ-based Nordic Markets team<br />
and later a key account management. Since this year he is<br />
heading <strong>the</strong> origination team “Nor<strong>the</strong>rn and Central Europe”<br />
at Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen (“Helaba”) in Frankfurt,<br />
Germany.<br />
Since January 2002 Mathias was “Head <strong>of</strong> European<br />
Distribution <strong>of</strong> <strong>Global</strong> Property Products”, in 2005 he raised<br />
to “Director <strong>of</strong> Institutional Business” at Henderson <strong>Global</strong><br />
Investors for <strong>the</strong> marketing <strong>of</strong> global property funds to<br />
institutional clients in Continental Europe. Before joining<br />
Henderson <strong>Global</strong> Investors Mathias worked for Deutsche<br />
Grundbesitz Europa KAG (DB <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong>) in Frankfurt where<br />
he was in charge <strong>of</strong> conception and <strong>the</strong> sales <strong>of</strong> restricted<br />
property funds. Mathias graduated at Passau University,<br />
Germany and at <strong>the</strong> Sid Craig School <strong>of</strong> Business, Fresno,<br />
USA, in business economics.<br />

Christophe Kullmann has spent his whole career in <strong>the</strong><br />
property sector: Finance Director <strong>of</strong> Immobilière Batibail and<br />
in 1999, Finance Director <strong>of</strong> Gécina. In 2000, he became<br />
Finance Director <strong>of</strong> Batipart, <strong>the</strong> family holding company set<br />
up by Mr. Charles Ruggieri, whom Christophe had worked with<br />
throughout his career. In 2001, he was appointed Chairman<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Management Board <strong>of</strong> Foncière des Régions. As <strong>of</strong><br />
31st Dec 2005, Foncière des Régions Group owns a diversified<br />
property portfolio valued at Euro 6.7 bn.<br />
Heinz Joachim Kummer has been a partner <strong>of</strong> Freshfields<br />
Bruckhaus Deringer since 1993 and is in charge <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> Practice Group. Heinz Joachim specializes in complex<br />
real estate transactions and all types <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r real estate<br />
investment work. Portfolio transactions and developments<br />
as well as financing and <strong>the</strong> tax structuring <strong>of</strong> real estate<br />
investments are a focus <strong>of</strong> his expertise. In <strong>the</strong> past year<br />
alone, he has advised on real estate transactions amounting<br />
to roughly Euro 4.3bn. His clients include ABN AMRO, AMB<br />
Generali, AXA Property Trust, The Black-stone Group, Deutsche<br />
Land plc, Cerberus, Gerling Group, HSBC, IXIS AEW Europe,<br />
MSREF, Westbrook Partners and WestLB.<br />

Maksim joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. In his position,<br />
Maksim is involved in a variety <strong>of</strong> principal transactions<br />
primarily in Russia and across Central and Eastern Europe.<br />
From 2003 to 2005, Maksim was <strong>the</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> Fleming Family and Partners. In this capacity, Maksim<br />
completed <strong>the</strong> first institutional investment transactions in<br />
Russian real estate market. From 1999 to 2002 Maksim<br />
worked at LaSalle Investment Management (New York<br />
and London) with <strong>the</strong> main areas <strong>of</strong> practice in portfolio<br />
management, asset management and asset sales. Mr.<br />
Kunin received his Master <strong>of</strong> Business Administration degree<br />
in Finance and Corporate Accounting from William E. Simon<br />
Graduate School <strong>of</strong> Business Administration, University <strong>of</strong><br />
Rochester.<br />
Mr. Lahham has 18 years <strong>of</strong> real estate investment and<br />
development experience in <strong>the</strong> United States and Europe.<br />
Prior to forming Orion, he was with LaSalle Partners where he<br />
was a key leader in <strong>the</strong> development <strong>of</strong> LaSalle’s European<br />
operations in <strong>the</strong> early 90’s. In 1994, Mr. Lahham opened<br />
LaSalle’s <strong>of</strong>fice in Paris and was head <strong>of</strong> LaSalle’s investment<br />
and corporate activities in France until 1999. In 1999, Mr<br />
Lahham founded Orion Capital Managers with Mr Bossom and<br />
Mr Stults. Mr. Lahham leads <strong>the</strong> acquisition activities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
Orion Funds in Europe and has been responsible for over Euro<br />
2 billion <strong>of</strong> property acquisitions throughout Europe.
