Michel holds a degree in law, he is a graduate of IEP Paris and
the Institut de Droit des Affaires. Mr Koch has served in the
real estate sector throughout his career, holding posts such
as real estate developer, investment manager, asset manager
and real estate financing specialist in French and international
institutions. Mr Koch served at Groupe Hypo Real Estate as
chairman of the Board of Hypo Real Estate Capital France SA
from October 2000, before joining IXIS CIB in February 2005 to
create and manage the Real Estate Finance business.
Hakan Kodal is the General Manager of Yapi Kredi Koray, a
leading REIT listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, active in
Turkey and Romania. Before joining the company in 1997,
Mr. Kodal has worked as Corporate Finance Manager at
Garanti Investment Bank, Istanbul, and held various positions
at Coopers & Lybrand in Paris, in management consultancy
and corporate finance. Founder Chairman of the National
Association of Turkish Real Estate Investment Companies
(GYODER), he has been Chairman of GYODER between
1998-2002. He is also the Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI)
Turkish District, and ULI European Steering Committee member
since June 2003.

Michael Kröger is an educated lawyer and worked as a
real estate banker for many years. His responsibilities
in Paris, Berlin and Frankfurt included lending to German
and international funds, investors and developers. Until
recently he was with a German real estate bank and his role
was to build up the bank’s HQ-based Nordic Markets team
and later a key account management. Since this year he is
heading the origination team “Northern and Central Europe”
at Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen (“Helaba”) in Frankfurt,
Germany.
Since January 2002 Mathias was “Head of European
Distribution of Global Property Products”, in 2005 he raised
to “Director of Institutional Business” at Henderson Global
Investors for the marketing of global property funds to
institutional clients in Continental Europe. Before joining
Henderson Global Investors Mathias worked for Deutsche
Grundbesitz Europa KAG (DB Real Estate) in Frankfurt where
he was in charge of conception and the sales of restricted
property funds. Mathias graduated at Passau University,
Germany and at the Sid Craig School of Business, Fresno,
USA, in business economics.

Christophe Kullmann has spent his whole career in the
property sector: Finance Director of Immobilière Batibail and
in 1999, Finance Director of Gécina. In 2000, he became
Finance Director of Batipart, the family holding company set
up by Mr. Charles Ruggieri, whom Christophe had worked with
throughout his career. In 2001, he was appointed Chairman
of the Management Board of Foncière des Régions. As of
31st Dec 2005, Foncière des Régions Group owns a diversified
property portfolio valued at Euro 6.7 bn.
Heinz Joachim Kummer has been a partner of Freshfields
Bruckhaus Deringer since 1993 and is in charge of the Real
Estate Practice Group. Heinz Joachim specializes in complex
real estate transactions and all types of other real estate
investment work. Portfolio transactions and developments
as well as financing and the tax structuring of real estate
investments are a focus of his expertise. In the past year
alone, he has advised on real estate transactions amounting
to roughly Euro 4.3bn. His clients include ABN AMRO, AMB
Generali, AXA Property Trust, The Black-stone Group, Deutsche
Land plc, Cerberus, Gerling Group, HSBC, IXIS AEW Europe,
MSREF, Westbrook Partners and WestLB.

Maksim joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. In his position,
Maksim is involved in a variety of principal transactions
primarily in Russia and across Central and Eastern Europe.
From 2003 to 2005, Maksim was the Head of Real Estate
of Fleming Family and Partners. In this capacity, Maksim
completed the first institutional investment transactions in
Russian real estate market. From 1999 to 2002 Maksim
worked at LaSalle Investment Management (New York
and London) with the main areas of practice in portfolio
management, asset management and asset sales. Mr.
Kunin received his Master of Business Administration degree
in Finance and Corporate Accounting from William E. Simon
Graduate School of Business Administration, University of
Rochester.
Mr. Lahham has 18 years of real estate investment and
development experience in the United States and Europe.
Prior to forming Orion, he was with LaSalle Partners where he
was a key leader in the development of LaSalle’s European
operations in the early 90’s. In 1994, Mr. Lahham opened
LaSalle’s office in Paris and was head of LaSalle’s investment
and corporate activities in France until 1999. In 1999, Mr
Lahham founded Orion Capital Managers with Mr Bossom and
Mr Stults. Mr. Lahham leads the acquisition activities of the
Orion Funds in Europe and has been responsible for over Euro
2 billion of property acquisitions throughout Europe.
