Martin Lemke is Managing Director of PATRIZIA Asset
Management GmbH, PATRIZIA Acquisition & Consulting GmbH
and PATRIZIA Sales GmbH, which all are subsidiary companies
of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. Martin Lemke is responsible for
the development of portfolios, advisory services, purchase
of principally commercial portfolios and sales of properties.
Before that he worked for national and international investment
managements in Germany and Switzerland. Martin Lemke
joined PATRIZIA 1999.
Anne is a principal of the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private
Equity Funds and a senior VP of Lehman Brothers. She has
completed a range of transactions across all major asset
classes, which represented several USD billions of investment
value in various European countries. Significant transactions
include a Euro 1.8bn take-private in the Netherlands, a
Euro 2.2bn similar acquisition in Sweden, and the £1bn
acquisition of the UK Holiday Inn portfolio from IHG. Prior
to joining Lehman in 2000, she was a senior VP of Archon
(part of the Whitehall Funds) in Paris, where she was involved
in acquisitions totaling more than $2 billion in France and
Italy. Anne holds an M.A. in economics and finance from the
University of Paris Dauphine.

du Comité Scientifique de l’ IPD.
George Leslie has been working in European and Asian
emerging markets since 1998. He has extensive real
estate industry experience in the areas of investment and
development consulting, distressed debt and corporate
recovery. Presently, he is Director of Acquisitions in Central
and Eastern Europe and based in Munich for GLL Real Estate
Partners, a fund management company. He has an Msc in
Real Estate from The University of Reading.

Ric is Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of
IXIS AEW Europe, and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.
He is also the CEO of Curzon Global Partners, the London
based Funds Management boutique of the IXIS AEW Europe
Group. Prior to that, Ric managed the international
investment activities of AEW Capital Management (US).
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A.) and Harvard
Business School.
Seth Lieberman (45) is an Executive Director of UBS
Investment Bank and has completed European property
transactions in excess of Euro 7.3billion. Mr. Lieberman
focuses on equity investments, mezzanine finance, bridge
loans and pan-European property lending opportunities. Prior
to joining UBS, Mr. Lieberman was Joint Managing Director of
Hypo Real Estate Investment Banking and this followed several
years as an Executive Director in the Global Real Estate
Finance Group of Lehman Brothers in London. Mr. Lieberman
earned a B.A (cum laude) in Economics from Tufts University,
and is Vice Chairman of ULI of the UK council.

Raffaele Lino joined DTZ in 2001. As Managing Director he
is responsible for Investment Advisory and Corporate Finance
services in Germany. His team specializes in due-diligence
work for major property and NPL transactions, transaction
structuring and financing, portfolio analysis and strategies
for both institutional and high-networth private clients. Prior
to this he worked as portfolio manager at FERI Real Estate
and as project manager at Hines, where he gained extensive
knowledge in portfolio and asset management, portfolio
investments and project development. Raffaele Lino holds a
master degree in Economics from the L. Bocconi University
in Milan and is certified Expert in Economic Engineering
EIE/ICEC since 1996.
Diplômé dans des Sciences Économiques et patronales par
l’Université de Barcelone (Barcelone) Master en Direction
d’Entreprises Immobilières par IESE (Barcelone). Dans sa
trajectoire professionnelle il a occupé la charge de Directeur
Administration et Finances dans des Sociétés comme
J.Barguño et Cia SL, Grafiques Manlleu, SA, et Jets Marivent.
En janvier le 2000 il a occupé le charge de Directeur Financier
du group Restaura. En 2004 il est nommé sous-directeur
General et depuis 2005 occupe le poste de Directeur Général
Financier.
