Kuwait, China and Hong Kong) on large public works projects.<br />
After that, his core business was to develop shopping<br />
centres in France. Prior to be appointed Managing Director<br />
<strong>of</strong> Bouwfonds MAB Development SA 5 years ago (shopping<br />
centres “SQY Ouest” in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, “DOMUS”<br />
in Rosny-sous-Bois and “Les Allées Provençales” in Aix-en-<br />
Provence are <strong>the</strong> major references), he held <strong>the</strong> position <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Director with IKEA france for 8 years and developed<br />
shopping centres with companies such as SEGECE, TREMA<br />
and GRC Emin for <strong>the</strong> 5 preceding years.<br />
Erdinc, CEO - Varyap Construction, holds a BA in Civil<br />
Engineering. He worked as a Project Coordinator and<br />
Business Development Manager in 2000-2002 at Varyap. He<br />
did his MA International Management at Regents Business<br />
School London. He has executed unique strategies for<br />
property development and marketing especially in residential<br />
within <strong>the</strong> last two years. The company is one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> leading<br />
real estate and property development organization <strong>of</strong> Turkey.<br />
He speaks fluent English and Italian. With his experience at<br />
Varyap re-organization, he acted in <strong>the</strong> group’s new market<br />
entries and is still <strong>the</strong> VP <strong>of</strong> Varlibas Holding A.S operates in<br />
construction, materials, tourism, information technologies, real<br />
estate and health industries.<br />

Bart Verhaeghe founded Eurinpro in 1993. Under his<br />
management <strong>the</strong> company has become <strong>the</strong> leading European<br />
investor and developer <strong>of</strong> tailor-made logistics real estate. Its<br />
activities were moved onto a global scale when Eurinpro was<br />
acquired by <strong>the</strong> Macquarie Goodman Group, an integrated<br />
industrial property group listed on Australian Stock Exchange.<br />
Bart is a member <strong>of</strong> Macquarie Goodman’s global executive<br />
committee. He holds a law degree and an MBA from <strong>the</strong><br />
Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School (Belgium).<br />
Christopher Voutsinas, EVP, Corporate Development &<br />
Investments oversees a $10 billion global investment<br />
program. Previously, Mr. Voutsinas was Managing Director<br />
and <strong>Global</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> Asset Management in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Opportunities Group <strong>of</strong> Deutsche Bank and a member <strong>of</strong> its<br />
global investment committee. Prior to that, Mr. Voutsinas was<br />
in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Principal Investment Area <strong>of</strong> Goldman Sachs<br />
& Co. Mr. Voutsinas holds an M.B.A. (Wharton), an M.S.R.E.D.<br />
(M.I.T.), and a B.Arch. (McGill).).<br />

Ingeborg M. Warschke has been active in <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> since<br />
1983. While at Chase in London and Frankfurt, DePfa Bank in<br />
Wiesbaden and in her present position as head <strong>of</strong> International<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance at Helaba in Frankfurt she has been<br />
involved in international real estate finance for all asset<br />
classes in most European countries including Germany as well<br />
as <strong>the</strong> U.S. and Canada. Ms. Warschke is president <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
“German Women in Property Association”.<br />
Ian Watt is Director <strong>of</strong> International Development in Old<br />
Mutual Properties, part <strong>of</strong> Old Mutual plc. A trustee <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
International Council <strong>of</strong> Shopping Centres, he was chairman<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 2005 ICSC Retail <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> World Summit. He is<br />
also a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> board <strong>of</strong> governors <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> <strong>Institute</strong> and a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> International <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />

Richard Weberberger heads up <strong>the</strong> Vienna <strong>of</strong>fice, where he is<br />
Head <strong>of</strong> Property Investment, Austria. Richard also initiates<br />
and will lead <strong>the</strong> screening <strong>of</strong> opportunities in Central and<br />
Eastern Europe. Previously Richard worked for LaSalle<br />
Investment Management in London and ImmoEast/ImmoFinanz<br />
in Vienna, where he structured and co-chaired an institutional<br />
Central European Property Fund. Richard holds a master from<br />
Harvard University as well as one from Vienna Tech and he is a<br />
chartered management consultant.<br />
After studying economics and computer science at <strong>the</strong><br />
University <strong>of</strong> Vienna (1983 - 1987), Peter Weinzierl studied at<br />
<strong>the</strong> Diplomatic Academy in Vienna (1987 - 1989). From 1989<br />
- 1991, he studied international business at Georgetown<br />
University, Washington D.C.. He also holds a masters degree<br />
in law from <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong> Vienna. In 1985 Peter started<br />
his pr<strong>of</strong>essional career at <strong>the</strong> Austrian <strong>Institute</strong> for Advanced<br />
Studies. From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a research<br />
assistant at Georgetown University. Peter joined Meinl Bank<br />
AG in 1992 and worked within corporate finance. Since 1999<br />
Peter Weinzierl has been a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> management board<br />
<strong>of</strong> Meinl Bank AG and was instrumental in building up Meinl<br />
European Land.
