His active career began with Campenon Bernard (Vinci Group)
working overseas (in Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Singapore,
Kuwait, China and Hong Kong) on large public works projects.
After that, his core business was to develop shopping
centres in France. Prior to be appointed Managing Director
of Bouwfonds MAB Development SA 5 years ago (shopping
centres “SQY Ouest” in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, “DOMUS”
in Rosny-sous-Bois and “Les Allées Provençales” in Aix-en-
Provence are the major references), he held the position of
Real Estate Director with IKEA france for 8 years and developed
shopping centres with companies such as SEGECE, TREMA
and GRC Emin for the 5 preceding years.
Erdinc, CEO - Varyap Construction, holds a BA in Civil
Engineering. He worked as a Project Coordinator and
Business Development Manager in 2000-2002 at Varyap. He
did his MA International Management at Regents Business
School London. He has executed unique strategies for
property development and marketing especially in residential
within the last two years. The company is one of the leading
real estate and property development organization of Turkey.
He speaks fluent English and Italian. With his experience at
Varyap re-organization, he acted in the group’s new market
entries and is still the VP of Varlibas Holding A.S operates in
construction, materials, tourism, information technologies, real
estate and health industries.

Bart Verhaeghe founded Eurinpro in 1993. Under his
management the company has become the leading European
investor and developer of tailor-made logistics real estate. Its
activities were moved onto a global scale when Eurinpro was
acquired by the Macquarie Goodman Group, an integrated
industrial property group listed on Australian Stock Exchange.
Bart is a member of Macquarie Goodman’s global executive
committee. He holds a law degree and an MBA from the
Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School (Belgium).
Christopher Voutsinas, EVP, Corporate Development &
Investments oversees a $10 billion global investment
program. Previously, Mr. Voutsinas was Managing Director
and Global Head of Asset Management in the Real Estate
Opportunities Group of Deutsche Bank and a member of its
global investment committee. Prior to that, Mr. Voutsinas was
in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs
& Co. Mr. Voutsinas holds an M.B.A. (Wharton), an M.S.R.E.D.
(M.I.T.), and a B.Arch. (McGill).).

Ingeborg M. Warschke has been active in Real Estate since
1983. While at Chase in London and Frankfurt, DePfa Bank in
Wiesbaden and in her present position as head of International
Real Estate Finance at Helaba in Frankfurt she has been
involved in international real estate finance for all asset
classes in most European countries including Germany as well
as the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Warschke is president of the
“German Women in Property Association”.
Ian Watt is Director of International Development in Old
Mutual Properties, part of Old Mutual plc. A trustee of the
International Council of Shopping Centres, he was chairman
of the 2005 ICSC Retail Real Estate World Summit. He is
also a member of the board of governors of the Global Real
Estate Institute and a member of the International Real Estate
Federation, the Urban Land Institute and the International
Association of Amusement Park Administrators.

Richard Weberberger heads up the Vienna office, where he is
Head of Property Investment, Austria. Richard also initiates
and will lead the screening of opportunities in Central and
Eastern Europe. Previously Richard worked for LaSalle
Investment Management in London and ImmoEast/ImmoFinanz
in Vienna, where he structured and co-chaired an institutional
Central European Property Fund. Richard holds a master from
Harvard University as well as one from Vienna Tech and he is a
chartered management consultant.
After studying economics and computer science at the
University of Vienna (1983 - 1987), Peter Weinzierl studied at
the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna (1987 - 1989). From 1989
- 1991, he studied international business at Georgetown
University, Washington D.C.. He also holds a masters degree
in law from the University of Vienna. In 1985 Peter started
his professional career at the Austrian Institute for Advanced
Studies. From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a research
assistant at Georgetown University. Peter joined Meinl Bank
AG in 1992 and worked within corporate finance. Since 1999
Peter Weinzierl has been a member of the management board
of Meinl Bank AG and was instrumental in building up Meinl
European Land.
