Currently Head of Bank of America Securities, Real Estate
Investment Banking group in Europe, Simon has been working
in investment banking for fourteen years. He has a wide range
of experience involving advisory roles with clients in the Real
Estate, Lodging, Gaming and Leisure industries as well as both
debt and equity capital raising. Simon has been with Bank of
America Securities for eight years and previously with Natwest
Markets/Greenwich Natwest.
Neil joined Citigroup Property Investors (“CPI”) in February
2005 as Director and Chief Investment Officer for the CPI
Capital Partners Europe Fund, prior to which Neil was a
successful private real estate investor. Previously, Neil was
Head of European Real Estate for DLJ Real Estate Capital
Partners (“RECP”), a US$660 million real estate opportunity
fund managed by Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Neil joined
DLJ as a Managing Director in New York in January 1995,
where he was one of three founding partners of DLJ Real
Estate Capital Partners. Neil moved to London in 1998. Prior
to DLJ, Neil was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and
Chief Financial Officer for the Whitehall Funds.

Johannes Haug is a Member of the Board of Management
at Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. His responsibilities
include acquisition, asset management and disposition of
Deka Immobilien’s international real estate portfolio. Before
joining Deka Immobilien in 1999, Mr. Haug worked for seven
years with the US based international development company,
Hines, where he acted as Project Manager. His career began
as an architect working for several architecture firms both in
Germany and the US. Mr. Haug initially studied architecture
at the University of Stuttgart, obtained a Masters degree in
Architecture in the USA and subsequently added a Master of
Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia
to his credentials.
Dietrich Heidtmann is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley
and joined Morgan Stanley in 1993. He is co-head of the
Real Estate Private Capital Markets activities in Europe and
the Middle East. In this role he is coordinating capital raising
and banking activities with institutional investors as well as
assisting in the acquisition activities of Morgan Stanley’s
proprietary property funds from this group of clients. He led
the effort to establish Morgan Stanley’s real estate KAG in
Germany, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment GmbH, and
is a member of its Supervisory Board. He graduated from
University of Mannheim (Germany) as a Diplomkaufmann
(MBA) in 1988.

Friedrich Heilmann is a partner in the Frankfurt office of
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He leads the firm’s Real
Estate Practice Group in Germany and Austria. He is also the
deputy leader of the Global Real Estate Group.
Benoît is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and is the
European Chief Financial Officer of the Whitehall funds. He
joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as a Vice President and
became Managing Director in 2002. Prior to joining the firm,
Benoit worked as a lawyer for Gide and as a directeur general
for Archon Group France. Benoit earned a MBA from HEC in
1989. He became a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 1992.

Miguel is co-chairman of Avenue TWC, a company with
expertise in the fields of City Branding, City Management and
Urban Regeneration. He is an architect and urban planner
specialising in leading multi-disciplinary teams and providing
integrated, broad based solutions for a variety of complex
design and planning projects. From 1997 to 2005 he was
Partner and Director of Aguirre Newman´s Town Planning
Department, where he was responsible for developing over
200 projects. He is also Director of the Advanced Program on
Real Estate Company Management, of the leading European
business school, “Instituto de Empresa”(Madrid- Spain).
Thomas Hoeller is one of the Executive Board Members of
Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Europe) AG (formerly TMW
Immobilien AG) in Munich. Mr. Hoeller is mainly responsible
for Pramerica’s European activities and has been in charge of
setting up Pramerica offices in Europe. Mr. Hoeller has lived
in New York from 1980 to 1991, where he was involved in
syndicating properties to German investors. Mr. Hoeller has a
BA from the University of Economics in St. Gallen, Switzerland
and an MBA in International Studies from the Vienna School of
Law and Diplomacy, Austria.
