9. Open your Personal Views and click Recent items. Note that Workflow News <strong>is</strong> saved with a status<br />

10. Click the Intranet Home link at the top of the page and navigate to News & Community. <strong>The</strong><br />

Workflow News item should not be v<strong>is</strong>ible in the Latest News menu.<br />

11. Click <strong>Web</strong> <strong>Content</strong> Management at the bottom of the page and open the Workflow News item in<br />

read mode.<br />

12. Click Next stage.<br />

13. Note that the Workflow News item no longer appears in your recent items l<strong>is</strong>t. Th<strong>is</strong> <strong>is</strong> because it has<br />

entered the approval stage and you no longer have access to it.<br />

14. Log out and log in as the approver user with a password of passw0rd.<br />

15. Go to the authoring portlet by clicking <strong>Web</strong> <strong>Content</strong> Management at the bottom of the page.<br />
