Freight Transport Centre (FTC) Trebišov provides transportation<br />
activities on transport branches Pribeník – Ruskov (on the route<br />
Čierna nad Tisou – Košice), Bánovce nad Ondavou – Michaľany (on<br />
the route Lupkow – Michaľany), Trebišov – Parchovany (on the route<br />
Trebišov – Vranov nad Topľou) and Bánovce nad Ondavou – Vojany.<br />
Broad-gauge rail track (hereinafter abbreviated as BG) Maťovce BG<br />
– Haniska BG crosses the district of FTC Trebišov. The border is made<br />
up of workplaces Výhybňa Vojany BG and Výhybňa Slivník BG.<br />
Southern border of FTC is formed by the border with Hungary, where<br />
the border crossing station Slovenské Nové Mesto – Sátoraljaújhely<br />
is located. Freight transport centre has a total of 20 tariff points. Of<br />
these, 9 are occupied: Bánovce nad Ondavou, Michaľany, Pribeník,<br />
Sečovce, Slanec, Slovenské Nové Mesto, Trebišov, Vojany, Vojany BG.<br />
11 tariff points are unoccupied: Budkovce, Budkovce BG, Drahňov,<br />
Hatalov, Kuzmice, Parchovany, Ruskov, Slivník BG, Streda nad<br />
Bodrogom, Trebišov BG, Úpor.<br />
The most important customers in freight transport centre Trebišov<br />
include the following:<br />
AS Trade Pribeník (foam), Kiss, s. r. o. (cereals), Venas, a. s., Trebišov<br />
(cereals), Soja, s. r. o. (cereals), Lesy SR, Sobrance (wood), VH Trade,<br />
Košice (coal), SWS, s. r. o., Vojany (tars), EVO-Slovenské elektrárne<br />
Vojany (coal), Flaga Progas, s. r.o. (butane), Progress Trading, a. s.<br />
(diesel oil, petrol), KOV NZPÚ (scrap iron), Agrocetra, a. s., Michalovce<br />
(fertilizers), Palma Group, s. r. o., Bratislava (rape, sunflower, oils).<br />
Operation of handling trains is provided by FTC Trebišov in the<br />
following track sections:<br />
- Trebišov – Michaľany – Slovenské Nové Mesto,<br />
- Trebišov – Bánovce nad Ondavou – Maťovce,<br />
- Trebišov – Sečovce (if necessary, up to Vranov nad Topľou)<br />
- Maťovce BG – Vyhybňa Vojany BG (if necessary, up to Vyhybňa<br />
Trebišov BG)<br />
