Tantalizing Chrysanthemum Tofu<br />

“Autumn chrysanthemums of beautiful color — With dew in my clothes I pluck these flowers,”<br />

wrote Tao Yuanming (365 to 427 AD), China’s eminent Taoist nature poet. This nourishing dish<br />

heralds the fall, blending the tenderness of tofu with a lingering flower perfume.<br />

白 玉 落 英 留 淡 香<br />

「 秋 菊 有 佳 色 , 裛 露 掇 其 英 。 泛 此 忘 憂 物 , 遠 我 遺 世 情 。」<br />

詩 中 可 見 古 人 金 秋 時 節 對 菊 飲 酒 , 清 靜 悠 然 的 意 境 。 現 在 我<br />
