多 的 Roy Thomson 音 樂 廳 , 為 樂 迷 們 送
上 加 拿 大 的 首 場 演 出 。 屆 時 , 動 人 心 弦
的 「 天 音 聖 樂 」 將 在 中 國 古 代 樂 器 與 西

Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra Debuts in Canada
Hailing from New York and already having wowed at Carnegie
Hall, Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra makes its solo debut at
Toronto’s Roy Thomson Hall on October 16th. Listen with
your heart and soul to what their composers call “celestial
music” and experience ancient Chinese instruments harmoniously
blended into a Western orchestra. The melodies are
rooted in 5,000 years of divinely-inspired Chinese culture.
Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra, part of the internationally-acclaimed
Shen Yun Performing Arts, will delight
Canadians with original works — Warriors of Wudang
Mountain, Steadfast Lotus, Ladies of the Manchu Court,
and others, plus classics from Berlioz and Dvořák.

On sale on November 18th, this inspiring biography offers lessons from the extraordinary life of Olympian and war
hero Louis Zamperini.
Zamperini could have given up so many times when faced with adversities in his life. Surviving a plane crash, sharkinfested
waters of the Pacific, and a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp during World War II, Zamperini turned every
adversity into an opportunity to overcome the odds against him.
In his third memoir, Zamperini shares his wisdom, the secrets of his success, and insights gleaned from his extraordinary
life experiences. David Rensin, co-author, said that Zamperini wanted to convey a message of forgiveness and
giving back. Don’t Give Up, Don’t Give In’s manuscript was turned over to the publisher on a Tuesday in July and
Zamperini passed away the following day, at age 97.
