2008. In 2010, 28.3 percent of women’s economic inactivity<br />
and part time work was explained by the lack of care services<br />
against 27.9 percent in 2009. In some countries the impact<br />
of the lack of care services has increased significantly.<br />
In Bulgaria it was up to 31.3 percent in 2010 from 20.8<br />
percent in 2008; in the Czech Republic up to 16.7 percent<br />
from 13.3 percent.<br />
