The planning group identified a team composition as<br />

being inclusive <strong>of</strong> Family Service Unit (FSU) social<br />

caseworkers, child support technicians, juvenile<br />

probation workers and juvenile probation and parole<br />

service technicians, as well as FSU and Probation<br />

supervisors.<br />

It was agreed at the May 2 meeting that the draft policy<br />

for worker/client visitation would be reviewed again<br />

for any further modification to reflect the team<br />

composition approach prior to promulgation. The<br />

draft policy was circulated for further review/comment<br />

to be completed by May 12.<br />
