Job Purpose:
To support the implementation of primary health care activities .
Key Duties and Responsibilities
(a) To plan, organize and coordinate primary health care activities
(b) Managing and accounting for recourses allocated
(c) Identifying priority PHC activities for implementation
(d) Providing, promoting and support health education programmes
in collaboration with health education unit and other teams in
the district
(e) Participate in disease surveillance programmes
(f) Initiated and participate in community based research activities
