performance through continuous supervision, and periodic
appraisals
Nurses’ error rates have been minimized to acceptable levels, and
patient satisfaction levels are high
Person Specifications
A. Qualifications
(i) A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from a recognized
University or Institution.
(ii) A diploma in specialized field is essential
(iii) Three (3) years of relevant working experience
(iv) Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives council
