to their child by a nurse or<br />

tra<strong>in</strong>ed UAP;<br />

3) the RN’s assessment that the<br />

tra<strong>in</strong>ed UAP is competent to<br />

adm<strong>in</strong>ister the rectal diazepam.<br />
