assigned to a school employee by<br />
the pr<strong>in</strong>cipal as an adm<strong>in</strong>istrative<br />

15.13 states that “emergency<br />
adm<strong>in</strong>istration <strong>of</strong> Epi-pens,<br />
Glucagon, and Diastat may be<br />

person under [22 TEX. ADMIN.<br />
CODE] §224.6(4) <strong>in</strong> order to<br />
stabilize the child and prevent<br />
complications from delay<strong>in</strong>g<br />
treatment.”<br />
<strong>Legal</strong> permission to adm<strong>in</strong>ister<br />
medication is granted to employees<br />
<strong>of</strong> the school district, when<br />
authorized by school pr<strong>in</strong>cipals or<br />
super<strong>in</strong>tendents. The law grants<br />
immunity to all school district<br />
